We loved our stay at this charming home in Schenectady. It was cozy, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great for morning runs in the park, breakfast at Gershonâs Deli and coffee/ice cream runs at Stewartâs. Micheal was a perfect host and we had everything we needed. We would definitely love to stay here again next time we visit. Thank you. â€ïž
We really enjoyed our stay at your home! Everything was perfect except with it being June, the other three bedrooms upstairs without a window unit were extremely hot overnight. I know this usually comes with the territory with older homes in the north. I hope to be able to come back on future visits to NY! Thank you for your hospitality.
Have stayed multiple times in hotels in Schenectady and we planned to come for a longer Union College Commencement weekend. Preplanned WAY in advance and found this listing. Pretty home in a nice location, convenient to many amenities and with short walk to Central Park and the Rose Garden-we are walkers so really nice location-as well as close to many shopping areas. About 2 miles from Union campus and downtown but an easy drive, too. Michael and Liz are very nice hosts and very communicative and available. Comfortable home and with air conditioning-helpful during the warm days we were there in June. Appreciate the character and charm of an older home but very comfortable and SO MUCH nicer than other locations we have stayed and considered. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again if available. 4 bedrooms upstairs. One bathroom upstairs so that was the biggest juggle but worked for us.
