Living Room: Unwind on comfortable light gray couches while enjoying the 55-inch HDTV with Fire TV and Xfinity Stream. A selection of board games, puzzles, and books (Kentucky-themed) is available for entertainment.
Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchen features white cabinets, dark appliances, a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and blender. A Keurig with complimentary coffee, sugar, creamer, tea bags, and an electric kettle are provided. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats six.
Bedrooms (2): Two private bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen bed. Each room includes a sound machine, ceiling fan, full dresser, closet space, and an extra pillow and blanket.
Bathrooms: The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, and a hair dryer. An additional half-bathroom with a pedestal sink provides extra convenience.
Dedicated Workspace: A dedicated nook with high-speed internet is available for remote work or planning your adventures.
Laundry: A full laundry area with a washer, dryer, detergent, and dryer sheets is available for your use.

Guest Access: Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 2-bedroom house. This includes all interior spaces, the front porch, and the private backyard patio. Enjoy the convenience of self check-in upon arrival. You are welcome to park anywhere on the private driveway, which extends alongside the house to a concrete pad in the back.

Interaction with Guests: Host is available remotely via phone or messaging for any questions or assistance needed during your stay. Enjoy a seamless, private experience with self check-in.


Other things to Note:
Security: For your safety and peace of mind, the property is equipped with Blink outdoor security cameras located at the front and back door entry points. These cameras do not have a view of any interior spaces.

Potential for Noise: The home is situated near a busier street. To ensure a comfortable night’s rest for light sleepers, complimentary sound machines and eye masks are provided in each bedroom.

Trash Service: City trash pick-up is on Wednesday mornings. Our host will manage moving the bin to and from the curb on Tuesday and Wednesday, so no action is needed on your part.
