Experience breathtaking views of nature outside from our 2 double sliding doors that leads to large deck area. Enjoy this ideal space for board games, movie nights, or just spending quality time with loved ones. Our welcoming open layout connects the living room to the kitchen and dining area.

Enjoy plentiful natural sunlight and a glimpse of lake view from the loft on the trundle that can serve as a comfortable oversized couch or swing on the cushioned wicker rattan egg chair. The trundle can provide bedding with 2 twin mattress. This is also a perfect space to meditate.

Have fun in our spacious backyard with outdoor BBQ grill and corn hole game. Or keep warm and gather around the fire pit seating area for story telling or toasting marshmallows.
The front and backyard lawn area is maintained by a professional company If necessary, they will need access for about 1.5 hours to maintain the exterior of the property.

No parties or events allowed. The noise monitor does not record any conversations. It serves to monitor any excessive noise that may interfere with the allowed noise level in the neighborhood.

★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
For security enhancement we have security camera/recording devices surrounding all four corners of the property. All are working 24/7 for security purposes only. There are no cameras in private areas or inside the house, only in common areas. (cameras are there just for our security when no one is at the house, they are not there to watch our guests!)

Access to our home is gained through a secure, keypad entry so no need to worry about flight/travel delays or arriving later than planned for check-in. Just please keep us informed.

-You and your guests will have complete access to entire house; except the locked areas that include owner’s pantry in the first floor hallway, owner’s closet in Master bedroom and attic, shed and crawl space.

*** Our Community and Township Ordinances require the following when you make a reservation:
-All guests (Adults and children) and vehicles are required to be registered on the community registration form.
-You will also need to complete a lease agreement and provide a copy of an ID. Only the persons listed on the lease agreement and community forms are allowed to be at the property.
-The community registration fee of $50 has been included in final total price. There is a $75 late fee for forms not completed with in 3 days prior to arrival.

-The details on the registration forms and lease agreement will be sent to you 24 hours after you provide email address.

Please Note: You will need to get a guest pass to enter into the gated community. The welcome center will issue the guest pass after all drivers provide valid unexpired driver license and valid unexpired vehicle registration. They will not accept a digital or photocopy. ★COMMUNITY AMENITIES ★

Our hot tub can accommodate maximum of 5 people at a time. The hot tub is maintained by a professional company prior to your arrival.
