Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 13 min to John Glenn Columbus International Airport 14 min to The Ohio State University 10 min to Hospital Medical Services, 111 S Grant Ave 8 min to German Village,
My friend and I stayed there for a girls weekend get-away and to take in the Cyndi Lauper concert. The house nice and as advertised. The owner was very nice and accommodating. I recommend them and we would stay there again.
This home was just what we were looking for. Close to the softball fields we were playing at and lots of room for us to hang out and have a baby crawl around in between softball games.
The house was comfortable for the five of us and plenty of room for our two big dogs. It worked great and was a huge savings to accommodate all of us and not have to pay to kennel the dogs.
We didn't even use the basement, but it would have been enough to fit a couple more for sleeping and is nice to be able to spread out.
Our stay was wonderful. I pointed out a few things to the owner we had issues with, but since it wasn't a deal changer for us I didn't won't to add it to this message. We spent alot of time at the festival and around Columbus Ohio, bit it felt great coming home to a wonderful safe property. đđ
Great home! Nice and clean! I felt like I was at home. The check in process was smooth. The host responds quick!! I would definitely book again when I come back to Columbus!
The house was nicely decorated and just has a few minor repairs like garage screen door but overall great place. We had a wonderful time in Columbus and will be back next year if our son is still there! Thank you again!
We came to Columbus for a concert. Our stay was great!!!! Local traffic was really congested and some trouble navigating. But the concert was just 9 miles away from vrbo and that was convenient.
My wife, myself and our two 15 yr olds were in Columbus for a baseball tournament. I certainly understand this is a less expensive VRBO, we were not expecting anything more than the pictures and description of the property. The pictures online must be old because the actual property had overgrown grass, weeds, bushes, ivy(growing through the soffit on each side of the house, oh and actually through the bottom of the propane grill) which made it impossible to spend anytime in the yard. We contacted the property owner about the grill which they did come out and cut the overgrown ivy out of the grill and patio it consumed. Unfortunately, the grill grates were rusted and I didnât want to cook on them. The over all cleanliness of the house was poor, dirty doors , floors, shower, basement(which is down right scary, good luck finding the washer and dryer..have you seen Silence of the lambs?) the beds were somewhat comfortable but extremely noisy. The garage had an old washer and dryer along with a busted screen door to the back yard. The neighborhood was not the best, conveniently located I must say, there were two burned out cars a couple blocks away and didnât feel comfortable outside past dusk. I canât remember the last place we stayed and felt like the home owner wasnât taking care of the property. I would add pictures, I am not able to post them.
The place is dated but nice. Paint and flooring are new. The house had plenty of room to move around. I loved (and used) the waffle iron almost daily. It was somewhat difficult to find the washer & dryer, but they worked perfectly once I found them (hidden away in he back of the basement) When I called, due to a difficulty, help arrived quickly. The park was a wonderful place to walk my dog & the people in the neighborhood were all very friendly. The gate in the backyard didn't close, so I had to stay out in the yard with him whenever I let him out.
