THE SPACE:
5 bedrooms including a big loft conversion into a bedroom with a room-darkening curtain from ceiling to floor for privacy featured 5 comfortable queen size beds with plush pillows. All are fitted with hypoallergenic mattress protectors and tucked under soft and clean linen. Each bedroom has 2 nightstands with USB charging ports and AC outlets. At least 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are located on the first floor.

3 full bathrooms boast good water pressure, fresh towels, and a full range of complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap, hair dryers, disposable shower caps, and make up removal wipes.

Dining area and the nook accommodate up to 9 seatings with tables and chairs.

Cozy family room with 2 sofas for 5-adult seating, smart TV with Wi-Fi set up and ready for your login.

Desk with USB charging ports and chair in office area for when you need to get work done.

Foosball table and board games for when you want to relax your mind and increase your competitive skill.

Equipped kitchen with coffee machine, coffee pods and condiments, tea, refrigerator & ice maker, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, bowls, colander, baking sheet, dinnerware, silverware, utensils, and usual kitchen supplies.

Laundry room with washer, dryer, detergent pods. Ironing board, clothes iron & hanger on a rolling laundry sorter for your convenience.

EV charging outlet up to 50 amp is in garage. Charging cable is not supplied.

Covered spacious patio with table & chairs for relaxation, and an ashtray. Backyard is the only area throughout the property that allows vaping and cigarette smoking.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire home, backyard, 2-car garage, parking spaces on the driveway, and free street parking. There are no stairs to enter the house. There is a staircase inside home to second floor.

Self check-in and check-out with digital lock.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
A maximum of 10 guests, including children, are permitted. Additional guests will be charged.

Parties and smoking inside home are prohibited. No pets are allowed.

Visitors are not allowed after 10 pm.

Excessive noise and loud music are not allowed inside and outside home especially during quiet hours between 10 pm-7 am.

Based on the home availability, earlier arrival or later departure may be accommodated although we will not know this for sure until 24 hours beforehand. If you would like to guarantee an earlier arrival or later departure, there is a fee required to block the additional time and/or increase the size of the cleaning crew in order to accommodate.

Cleaning fee is to prepare the house for your stay. We do not offer mid-stay cleanings. However, we can arrange a cleaning service for an additional fee if requested.
