Welcome to Permsap Villa 19/146
Permsap is a small residential estate. Most families here work or have retired in Phuket and enjoy the community family feel. My name is Narm and my family and I live nearby just up the road. You can contact me anytime. WhatsApp or phone +66 86 771 3665.
ESTATE ENTRANCE: you will receive 2 keycards during your stay. These are used to open and close the security gates. Please return these at the end.
ENTRY to the House: The main gate is remote-controlled. You will receive a controller together with your keys.
COMMUNAL AREA: you will have free access to the tennis court, basketball court and swimming pool just a minute’s walk from the house. They are floodlit at night.
WASTE/rubbish facilities: please place all your rubbish in black plastic bags in the bin container by the side gate. Rubbish collection is twice a week on Fridays and Sundays.
LAUNDRY There is a washing machine outside the back door and a tumble dryer and an initial supply of detergent. There is a drying rack, a clothes steamer and an iron.
WATER: there is a weekly delivery on Thursday of the large 20-litre bottle for use in the water cooler. Please place any empty bottle outside the gate with 40 baht in a small plastic bag.
SUPPLIES: There will be an initial supply of spare toilet paper, kitchen rolls, tissues and water bottles.
SHOPPING: I can do some food shopping for you before arrival so that your fridge is full on the first day. Eggs, bread, juices, butter etc. No charge except for the receipt cost and let me know a few days before.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
There are 4 bedrooms, 1 master with en suite bathtun, shower and a King size bed. The other 2 bedrooms have Queen size beds and share a bathroom with a shower. Downstairs there is a sofa bed that can also be used as a bedroom.
The beds will be made up with clean sheets for your arrival. There are spare sheets in one of the walk-in wardrobe drawers. Outside laundry is available but there’s no pick-up service.
There are spare towels in all sizes in one of the walk-in wardrobe drawers. These are easily washed in the machine and hung to dry with other clothing.
KITCHEN, DINING, LIVING ROOM.
Kitchen: dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob & microwave grill: the instruction manuals may be difficult to understand so please ask for advice.
Dining & Living Area: all the doors and windows can be opened. Locking the door handles may need some practice.
WiFi: the router has two networks: 146 and 146-5G. The first one has greater "reach" (for example, the garden area). The second one is faster but has less "reach". We tend to use the 5G one all the time: it seems to work in the garden as well. The Password is 0867713665 for both networks.
LIGHTS and SWITCHES: You will find a set of light switches on the wall by the kitchen and another set in the living room. The fan needs to be switched on first before the remote can work.
PATIO, POOL, GARDEN:
The garden is serviced weekly. Please report any issues or problems to me straight away.
AIR CON & FANS:
Air conditioners use more electricity in Thailand than anything else
Here is our advice:
1. Use the fans for basic air circulation. They have remote controls.
2. The A.C. units (bedrooms, kitchen and living room) have temperature and mode selections. The teardrop ‘dry’ reduces humidity and might be enough for days that are not too hot, and the snowflake ‘cool’ mode is the classic cooling mode. Fan speeds and temperature can be adjusted to a 24/25 degree setting and usually is sufficient.
SERVICES: Pharmacy, Dentist, Massage, Hairdresser and Laundry shop: in the area outside the security gate.
TAXIS: Use Grab, Bolt or InDrive taxi apps. Car or motorbike hire can also be arranged.
SHOPS & RESTAURANTS:
