Stunning Marina Condo with Pool, Gym and Restaurant

Situated along the beautiful Marina MazatlĂĄn, just along-side the second bridge towards the Cerritos beach. The building is new, and includes a pool with loungers and cabanas, gym, games room, secure parking, and a roof-top bar/restaurant.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, cooking supplies, and food storage containers. There is an electric cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee-maker. The dishwasher is located just in the next room, along with the washer and dryer.

The dining area is spacious and has seating for 6 people.

Both bedrooms have California king size beds, Smart TV's, and large closets. The master bedroom has access to the private terrace as well as a private ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has access to the second bathroom, via Jack and Jill doors (one to enter from the second bedroom and one from the living area).

The living area is complete with 50" Smart TV and comfortable furniture. The sofa pulls-out into a queen size bed, giving additional room for guests. Just off of the living room is the private terrace, with nice new furniture and beautiful marina views.

Included in your rental is internet, Smart TV (with a streaming package), water, $700 pesos of electricity per month, 1 underground parking spot, and use of the beautiful common areas.

Came here for the eclipse,but would stay here again if in Mazatlan, great safe beautiful facility with 2 great on site restaurants.

Quiet location, good location, cabs and truck cabs Easy to flag down, Golden zone etc easy to get to, Pool was nice, restaurant was good for breakfast, Roof top bar was open, communication no English available, so only speaking a limitless Spanish was our bad! Great place!!!! Would book again!

We really enjoyed our almost 3 month stay. Condo was in pristine condition, beautifully decorated and fully appointed. Well maintained unit and building. Beautiful outdoor space. Restaurant was very good and the rooftop restaurant and bar were fabulous as well. Great city and beach views. Easy access to pubic transportation, great location as it is close to beaches, marina, shopping. Things to be aware of: *loud road noise if sitting on balcony *construction going on next door *infinity pool is fabulous but, it is NOT heated (too cold to use January - March) *large hot tub is the only usable water feature during the winter months. Please note, it is NOT a hot tub We really enjoyed our stay. Management company was very responsive to anything we needed. Since we spent most days at the beach, or in tow

Lovly apartment in the Marina area

This 10th floor apartment is beautiful. Everything inside the apartment seemed brand new. It was great having a second bathroom and laundry facilities for our 4 week stay. The building had a breakfast/lunch restaurant on 2nd floor and an evening bar/restaurant on top that provided a beautiful sunset view. It also has a pool, hot tub, and gym. We would have like to use the pool and hot tub but there are no hand railings so as seniors, we were not comfortable about getting in and out. The property management was great and responded immediately to every question and request. The remote controlled black out curtains were helpful at night. Lovely apt in the Marina area.
