Overall, a cute place to stay, though it could be cuter. Nothing fancy. Both TVs/Dish never worked but we werenât there to watch TV â it just wouldâve been a nice option since it was there. The patio was decent, but âcob-webbyâ and unswept. It would be way more welcoming if there were some twinkle lights and a ceiling fan (it was super hot and no wind reaches the porch). But it did face the woods, which was nice since the property is on the perimeter of a trailer park, which you easily forget if you stay inside or only on the porch. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was functional. We used it every night. The living room/bedroom wouldâve all been a bit more accommodating if there were lamps that had USB outlets on them, but no biggie. The showerhead is ridiculously low so if youâre tall (Iâm not), I hope you have a good back, lol! But the restroom was pretty good, all in all. Nice hot water. Outdoor, the grill was what youâd expect from a public park. Single post, 3-level grill. (It wasnât cleaned before we arrived so we had to scrape out quite a bit of ashes to set down our wood so it would light.)Picnic table is near the grill, which was handy. The fire pit was also very handy as we burned some pinyon and enjoyed the scent and lack of mosquitoes as a result. The location was pretty central to restaurants and other businesses in the area, w/ quick access to the highway. It is also located only 15 minutes to Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park.
