Completely remodeled two bedroom condo in the Legends Golf Course Community overlooking Parkland #8. Everything in this wonderful unit has been professionally updated with a unique golfing and beach vibe!!! Light and bright. Comfortable beds, linens and towels. Three championship golf courses onsite. Just 15 minutes to the beach. Outdoor pool, tennis courts and pickle ball all onsite. Great restaurants nearby. Lots of golf courses nearby. The perfect place for guys golf trips, couples golf trips, ladies golf trips, ladies beach trips and Coastal Carolina University parents for sporting events, orientation stays, move in/ move out weekends!!!

clean, Clean, CLEAN! Exactly as shown

This condo is exactly how it is presented. Remodeled with great showers, beds, kitchen, everything. VERY CLEAN. You pay for it in comparison to some of the cheaper units of the same size, but it was worth it for us 40 and 50 yr olds on our golf trip.

The property was exactly as described and as shown in the listing. It was clean and the location was fantastic. We appreciated the fact there was pickle ball gear, a cooler and beach towels for our use. All around - it was a nice place to stay and we were happy with our decision to stay there. Looking forward to staying again!

The condo was clean, beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, provision of beach gear, and amazing shower. The condo was close to shopping and an easy 10 minute drive to the beach and major attractions. Highly recommend! We’ll be back!

Perfect golf getaway

This place was perfect for our yearly golf trip. The location and comfort level of this beautiful condo was all we needed. Will definitely be hoping to book this same spot next year. The owners were amazing through the whole process and we can't thank them enough!

Beautiful Legends golf course condo

We were so comfortable in this newly renovated Legends golf course condo unit. It was very tastefully decorated, immaculate, and had the best showers. We would absolutely recommend this unit and would stay again.

Perfect hosts for weekend getaway

4545 Garvin was the perfect spot for our family of four on a visit to Coastal Carolina University. The condo was spotlessly cleaned, impeccably decorated, and our hosts anticipated every need. The neighborhood is private and removed, but easily accessible. We will definitely stay here again if our journey brings us back to Conway/Myrtle Beach.
