Completely remodeled two bedroom condo in the Legends Golf Course Community overlooking Parkland #8. Everything in this wonderful unit has been professionally updated with a unique golfing and beach vibe!!! Light and bright. Comfortable beds, linens and towels. Three championship golf courses onsite. Just 15 minutes to the beach. Outdoor pool, tennis courts and pickle ball all onsite. Great restaurants nearby. Lots of golf courses nearby. The perfect place for guys golf trips, couples golf trips, ladies golf trips, ladies beach trips and Coastal Carolina University parents for sporting events, orientation stays, move in/ move out weekends!!!

Ripken Baseball Tournament

My family and I were in town for our oldest son’s baseball tournament. We were looking for a place to comfortably fit our family of 4 that was quiet and away from the craziness of the beach traffic, but close enough to the ball fields. This condo was the perfect location that checked all the boxes. The host, Greg, was so kind and accommodating. It was extremely clean & decorated beautifully. It was fully stocked with all that you would need. We cannot express enough about how wonderful of a stay we had. The condo is located in a convenient location that is in short driving distance of grocery stores, coffee shops, good restaurants and activities. The pool was clean and within walking distance of the condo. 10/10 Experience.

Golf vacation

They had everything we needed for our stay. Place was very clean and beautiful view overlooking the 8th fairway and green. Quiet neighborhood just absolutely excellent in every way!

Beautiful condo in great location!

The unit was very clean, comfortable and beautiful! Many nice amenities and extra touches that made our stay feel like a home away from home. Owner was excellent at communicating. We liked the location being close to Conway and Myrtle Beach and a short trip to Surfside. Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area around Myrtle Beach.

clean, Clean, CLEAN! Exactly as shown

This condo is exactly how it is presented. Remodeled with great showers, beds, kitchen, everything. VERY CLEAN. You pay for it in comparison to some of the cheaper units of the same size, but it was worth it for us 40 and 50 yr olds on our golf trip.

College move in + birthday celebration

The property was exactly as described and as shown in the listing. It was clean and the location was fantastic. We appreciated the fact there was pickle ball gear, a cooler and beach towels for our use. All around - it was a nice place to stay and we were happy with our decision to stay there. Looking forward to staying again!
