Sandestin Luau 12th FLR studio w/stunning Bayside views steps from the beach!

This large studio corner unit is located in Luau tower 1 on the 12th floor at the end of the hall and has a stunning view of Sandestin bayside including the Choctawhatchee Bay, Baytowne Wharf & Marina, Hotel Effie, and Baytowne Golf Course hole 13.

It has a kitchenette with appliances and dinnerware, a king bed, a pull out trundle with two twin beds that also functions as a couch, a full bathroom, 55” smart TV with Cox cable, closet to hang your clothes, and a table desk with a lamp and outlet for charging your phone.

The walls and kitchen cabinets are freshly painted with brand new luxury vinyl plank floors throughout. Enjoy sleeping on Charter Club’s irresistibly soft 550-thread count sheets and hypoallergenic European white down fill pillows.

At the ground level, the Luau is home to plush landscaping which leads to a lagoon-style pool with swim-under waterfall, kiddie pool, hot tub, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and it’s famous sugar-white sand beaches.

Just 250 yards away are the pristine sugar white sandy beaches and emerald green waters. The entrance to the beach is adjacent to the Beach House restaurant where you can order delicious food and drink and listen to live music while watching the waves roll in.

Make sure to catch the sunset one night on the Luau’s Sunset Deck located on the 20th floor in Luau I. It offers stunning panoramic views of the Gulf Coast, Choctawhatchee Bay, and Tops’l Preserve.
