The property was great, it was clean and easy to find. Property manager was easy to work with and communicate with. The neighborhood isn't necessarily a highlight but we had no issues what so ever
Very nice House will definitely stay there again. My only concern is the abandoned house across the street with the homeless people in it. I know there is nothing. The owner could do about that house, but it does lend some concern if you were staying alone.
We stayed overnight while attending an event in the city. The location was easy access to the state fair grounds. There was a little strip with music playing (Saturday night) that was loud from the yard, but aside from a little extra thumping from the base every now and then, it didnât affect our rest and fairly quiet inside!
Our group was 2 moms with our young daughters. We were staying in town for an event. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with from the day I booked almost 2 months in advance. The house was just the size we needed, plenty of accommodations for what we needed and the hot tub was a plus! The nieghborhood might come across a tad lower-scale than what we would prefer, but we didn't have any problems with noise or distrubances. We liked that it was close to a Casey's gas station and just down the road from Penn Square Mall, so there's plenty in the area to keep you busy. We will definitely use this VRBO again when we need to!
Not going to lie or sugar coat anything. Listing for the house is exactly what it say and shows. Very nice back yard and well it was pretty homie. If you donât know what 39th street is by the house do your research. Taco truck down the street is very delicious, definitely a club close enough of Friday and Saturday nights to hear it. Honestly Iâd stay again if visiting Oklahoma
This location was centrally located to things we wanted to do. We enjoyed the hot tub a great deal. My daughter loved the pillows in the back bedroom and wanted me to ask for the link to buy some for her home. Thanks for hosting us to help me celebrate my daughterâs 23rd birthday
Our stay was great! Heâs very easy to stay in touch with and came out even on Christmas Eve to help us with the hot tub! The house was beautiful, I do feel bad I woke up to late to have time to check out in time and put the used push blankets in the washer. but the host done an Amazing job and hope to stay here again in the future
Our stay in this charming VRBO was exactly what my family needed! It was clean and in a good, central location to get to Paycom Arena/downtown OKC. Jimmy was very responsive and weâd stay again in a heartbeat!
I will definitely be staying here again if Iâm ever in Oklahoma City! It was clean, cute and had everything we needed for our one night stay! There was plenty of space and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. Thanks for having us!
This house was clean and inviting. The backyard was terrific! We had a great time relaxing in the hot tub. My only critique would be the lack of sitting space in the living room. Some of us had to sit on kitchen stools. But this was a great place to stay. We would definitely stay again.
House was great, neighborhood was a little sketchy
For 2 moms taking 3 teenagers for a girls weekend, the location was a little bizarre. The houses on the side o f the street with this one, looked great. The houses across the street, looked like they might need a bulldozer. The teens loved all the feral kittens across the street though. They even took them our left over milk the next morning before we left.
The house was clean, no complaints about the house or the owner.
Overall the stay was fine not terrible but not great. The location was convenient to the highway. The owner was very responsive and let us know that the cleaning crew was running late. The towels were all still in the dryer and I ended up folding them and putting them away. The beds are very hard and cause some back pain. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy (but we didn't have any problems with anyone.) We set the alarm that was there but then had to contact the owner to get a code to shut it off. He answered and was able to get the alarm off within a few minutes of the blasting noise. Also, I will say that the house was pretty cold, especially the back bedroom. My daughter froze all night even though we had the heat up much higher than I usually do at home. The main bathroom is a little gross in my opinion as far as cleanliness (specifically the bathtub). The last thing was the hot tub was murky and not clean at all.
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean and smelled nice, especially for being pet friendly. We had no problems whatsoever, and would certainly stay here again.
The only negatives would be that, although it isn't too far from the Bricktown area, the neighborhood isn't the greatest. There were dogs and cats roaming freely all around, and there were some sketchy people walking the streets. Also, the mattress and bedding for the master bedroom really weren't very comfortable at all. The mattress was way too firm, and the pillows were way too soft for our liking. Could be a personal preference though.
Overall we were very pleased. Thank you!!
Only stayed 1 night as my tracel plans had changed.Place was perfect but location from Bricktown was a little distant. Would stay again if in the area.
Cute house, excellent communication with the host, super friendly, and fast to answer ANY questions we may have had about the property before booking. We travel with our service animals and they were very happy to accommodate! Simple check in, and out rules! Would stay here again!! Can't beat the value with this one!!! If you have kids or a husband that likes nighttime snacks- there is a large ice cream chain restaurant less than a mile from the house! Our 12 year old utilized that to her upmost advantage during our stay! (:
