High speed cable internet. 10 min to the heart of Weaverville and 15 min to Asheville. Relax in privacy, or stroll down to the small pond and pavilion or take a walk on the path around the barn. Amazing outdoor deck living area centered around a gorgeous stone fireplace. Dine casually outside on the deck, at the big kitchen island, or at the copper table in the dedicated dining room. Grill and cook at the outdoor kitchen which adjoins an outdoor lounge area featuring a hot tub, fire pit and water feature. Pick some veggies in the kitchen garden (season permitting). Relax in the hot tub after watching your favorite movie in surround sound in the media room where the custom plush large leather sectional, bar and shuffle board provide a great place to socialize and entertain. Sneak away to the private study with daybed or soak in the lovely freestanding tub in the Master bath. Bose music systems on each TV - located on the Deck, inside Living Room, and in the Media Room. Each bedroom is in its own area of the home - the Master on main floor, the Queen on other side of home on Main Floor, upstairs King room, and downstairs King room. Please note the upstairs bedroom does not have a bathroom on that floor and guests will need to go down one flight of stairs to access bathroom. We have a ring doorbell at the front door, and a camera at top driveway in front of garage. Cameras that are on property but far from and do not have a view to home - one at the bottom of hill near driveway entrance, in front of barn, trail camera on game trail in woods. We use these for safety and to report to you if we see any bears (we see roughly 1 per year).
