There is a small patio to enjoy morning coffee, and take in the gorgeous sunsets each evening.

Take a short walk to Club Meadow Ridge where you can enjoy a year round heated outdoor pool, large hot tubs, Pickleball & tennis courts, full gym, ping pong, racquetball & sauna.

Easy access from the parking lot. The Lift free bus line stops right outside of this building which is an easy way to get around Fraser and Winter Park (including Winter Park Ski Resort) departs every 30 minutes.

Bedroom 1: King size bed, en suite bathroom with shower and washer dryer in closet.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed and single sleeper pull out.
Bedroom 3: Bunk room, perfect to accommodate kids with 2 twin over twin bunk beds.

There is a dedicated workspace in bedroom 2 which makes it easy to work from home if needed.

We have cooking supplies, washer & dryer, coffee, toiletries, as well as a Smart TV and reliable fast WiFi.



Other things to note:
There is NO Air-conditioning. The cool mountain air at night is wonderful!
NO dogs or animals allowed per HOA.
NO smoking. There will be a $200 fee assessed if either of these rules are broken.
