The Space:
This splendid 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome will have everything you need and more for a comfortable and luxurious mountain vacation. With its amazing location in Park City and great features such as the private hot tub and massive stone fireplace, you will find it an ideal home base for your group to make memories and explore all that Park City has to offer!

Enter the home through the grand front doors where you will be greeted by a bright tiled entryway featuring high open ceilings and a large closet with plenty of space to store your shoes and jackets. Just off the left of the entryway is a small hallway where you will find an additional large walk-in storage closet, laundry room, half bathroom, and access to the attached garage, making it convenient for unloading necessities from your car.

Straight through the entryway will bring you to the modern meets rustic cabin open living space featuring the living room, kitchen, and dining area with access to the outdoor deck. This stunning space boasts soaring, 20-foot high ceilings, exposed wood beams and poles, a massive stone hearth, and beautiful decor throughout the space. The living room is flooded with natural light and features a large sectional couch, two couch chairs, three side tables, and a coffee table, all situated around the electric fireplace. With a mounted 55” smart TV for movie watching and two large bookcases filled with books and board games, this room will have everything you need for a comfortable evening at home.

Connected to the living room is the kitchen and dining area where the chef in your group will be impressed with the incredible gourmet kitchen complete with two wall ovens, a six-burner gas stove, custom cabinets, a wine fridge, and enough counter space to prepare anything from happy hour appetizers to full-course dinners. Enjoy dining with your group at either the attached kitchen bar where you will find seating for four or the round dining table with seating for seven. Just off the kitchen, you will find a quiet and cozy area with a built-in desk perfect for when you need to fit in a bit of remote work or quiet time.

From the office nook or the living room, you can access the outdoor space where you will find a private four-person hot tub, bbq, an outdoor table with seating for 8, and two outdoor lounge chairs. Enjoy this amazing outdoor living space where you can relax and take in the stunning views overlooking the golf course and surrounding mountains.

When you are ready to tuck in for the night, you will have five comfortable bedrooms to choose from! The first bedroom of the home is on the main level, just off the front doors. The room is filled with natural light and includes a private balcony with two chairs and a small table with views over the tranquil scenery. The master bedroom is complete with an attached full bathroom that includes two single-sink large vanities, ample cabinet space, a tiled steam shower with a built-in bench, and a private toilet area.

Near the master, you will find the third and fourth bedrooms which both feature plenty of storage for belongings with a dresser and closet, a king-size bed, and an attached bathroom. The two bathrooms each feature a single-sink vanity and a tiled shower/tub combo. The fifth bedroom is located just as you reach the top of the stairs and is put together as a kid's room with two twin beds and a sofa bed, a mounted 43” TV, and windows all around bringing in ample outdoor lighting.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to one parking space inside the garage. There is an additional 1-3 community HOA overflow parking spots just down the street from the unit, however, these are first come/first serve. Please note parking in the driveway is not permitted.

Guests will also have access to shared amenities in the HOA clubhouse, such as a shared, seasonal pool, additional hot tub, and sports courts.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the desirable neighborhood of Park Meadows, this gorgeous home is the perfect gateway for your group to be near Park City’s best spots, all while enjoying the calm away from the hustle and bustle. Outdoor enthusiasts will love exploring the multiple trailheads scattered around the perimeter of the Park Meadows neighborhood such as the steep and challenging PC Hill and the beautiful Cove trailhead. The popular public fitness facility, PC Municipal Atheltic and Recreation Center, is just a five-minute drive from the home and offers access to tennis facilities, and in the summer, two outdoor pools are open for public use. The facility also doubles as a popular venue during the Sundance Film Festival, which is held annually in January. With both Park City Mountain and Deer Valley Resort within 5 miles from the home, unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures are less than 15 minutes away. Getting Around:
This townhome is conveniently located within walking distance of multiple trailheads in the area such as Cove Trailhead, which is just a two-minute walk from the home. If you are hoping to utilize the free shuttle line in Park City, you have several stops just over a mile from the home, such as the Park City MARC. From here you are a short two miles from Park City Mountain Resort, bringing you to the best ski runs in Park City. Stay on the shuttle for a few extra stops and arrive at Park City Main Street, where you will find ski shops, boutiques, cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Please note, the pool is open seasonally in the summer from May to September, while the hot tubs are open in the winter from October to April.
