This is a bright modern 2 bedroom unit located in a middle/upper class neighborhood in London. The local area is called Forest Hill and we are located opposite the train station. Travel to London Bridge was 13 minutes and there is a train/tube every 4 minutes. The furniture is modern with TV and cable available in the living room and all bedrooms. There is a balcony to relax in the summer.

The space

We are a relatively new building by UK standards. Our building is eco-friendly. The communal areas are cleaned regularly, and the apartment is fantastic.
Travel to London Bridge was 13 minutes and there is a train/tube every 4 minutes.

There are local amenities with a superstore and restaurant underneath the building. There is also a Sainsbury's within walking distance and well as several other options.
We have great walkability score and all our guests have loved our location.
The apartment is modern with free super-fast Wi-Fi, cable tv available in all bedrooms and throughout the unit.

Other things to note
For stays more than 7 days, a mandatory #80 Fee is charged for a bi weekly clean. Sheets will be washed and replaced, kitchen tidied, bathroom cleaned and floors mopped. You will be at liberty to prioritize what you want cleaned. The cleaning will last 4 hours.
