Welcome to Isee Blue, a home located on Lake Tuscaloosa completed in 2022. Beautiful view overlooking open water, big FLAT lot for kids to play, high-end finishes and only 15 miles from UA. **Please note we require a copy of your driver's license and also a signed rental agreement that we will provide.***

BRYANT-DENNY STADIUM is located 15 miles from this home. There's a Winn Dixie grocery store located just 5.8 miles away. That same shopping center has a Subway, hair salon, clothing boutique, cafe, and Frieda's Mexican Restaurant (great margaritas!). A CVS, McDonald's, Jack's and Domino's Pizza are located across the street from this same shopping center and Waffle House and Jalapeno's Mexican Restaurant are within 1 mile of Winn Dixie. Publix grocery store is just 7.5 miles away along with a liquor and cigar store, hair salon, nail studio, and Dos Amigos Mexican Restaurant. A marina is located within 3 miles where you can rent a boat for the day. The house has a dock for you use.

Lake Vacation

Beautiful home with amazing views. My family loved the paddle boards that came with the house and it was a perfect getaway before UA started back up. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook in or BBQ out back.

Beautiful home-pictures don’t do it justice!

We got to stay for 2 weeks and our family enjoyed it thoroughly. We ( mostly our granddaughter) enjoyed roaming all around outside. Geese, egrets, fish and out favorite was the turtle that visited! The screened porch, the massive fire pit with the wood to burn, the fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators , wonderful bedrooms with their own bathrooms, all top knotch! Easy access to stores but you feel away from it all. Book this place, you won’t regret it!!!

Beautiful location and home!

Beautiful property, right on the lake. The home is very clean and new, with everything you need to have a great stay. Excellent communication by the property manager, who made sure that we were well taken care of. We were in town with some friends to go to an Alabama football game and this was a great place to stay. It's a short drive into to town to the stadium; about 15 minutes or so. Everything in the house is nice and new and we had a great time. We'll be back again.

Daughter's UA Graduation

Beautiful home and property! Luxurious home with everything you could possibly need. We were able to get to campus easily for the graduation ceremony. The dock was great for the boat rental we had for a day. Large dining room table was perfect for a celebratory dinner. Outdoor seating was plentiful- we used both the fire pit and the grill. Highly recommend!

Perfection!

This house completely blew us away! So absolutely beautiful…from each room of the house to the screened in patio and porch with porch swing to the dock and view of the lake (paddle boards included). No detail was missed. They even left us some special cookies and fixens for s’mores. I sent a text to the manager (Jennifer) asking where I might be able to find a hairdryer, and within an hour, she brought a brand new one to the house. We wanted for nothing except more time to be able to enjoy it all for longer. Thank you so much for everything Stacie and Jennifer! You made my son’s graduation weekend absolutely perfect!

Beautiful Home

We stayed at this house for graduation weekend with family and the house was perfect. Definitely a great space for a larger group. The owners go the extra mile with little extras. One of the best places we have stayed.

Top Notch Home and Stay

We had a wonderful experience at this lakefront property. It has all the comforts of home and more. We hope to return and enjoy again soon. Everyone in our family was comfortable and did not want to go home!

A Wonderful Home!

This is a beautiful and spacious home overlooking Lake Tuscaloosa. We spent three nights at the house, and our stay was just wonderful. We hosted a dinner for 12 and the kitchen, grilling area, and dining table were perfect. We hope to return again in the near future. Thanks so much!

Home away from home

This is a beautiful home! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and you cannot beat the amazing view of the lake! We did not have time to get out on the water, but hope to next time. Thank you for having us!

AMAAAZING HOME!!

We loved this home so much! This was a dream location- they had many things for our teens to do, they were never bored! Everything in this home was done to perfection- will stay here every time we come back to Tuscaloosa!!

The absolute best experience!!

From the communication with the owner, to the perfect house with all of the amenities provided, and the awesome outdoor space- my group is already wanting to come back next year! We cooked/ grilled every night and had more than what we needed in the kitchen each time- every cabinet and drawer was stocked! Every morning drinking coffee on the porch felt like home- I can’t say enough good things about this trip! We will be back!

Perfect!

The owners have thought of everything! We have rented housed on Lake Tuscaloosa for the last 9 summers and this was by far our favorite house! Wonderful layout for having extended family and friends over for dinner. The yard was perfect for kids/teenagers to play outside if not on the water. The location on the lake is perfect, too! The owners are very helpful and respond quickly to questions. We plan to be back soon! Thank you, Jamie, for all you did to make our 2 weeks so enjoyable in your lovely home!

Gorgeous property!

This was the perfect setting for a family getaway. The lake views were stunning. The property was huge and the kids loved running around the yard. The home was spectacular. We were impressed at every turn and truly made wonderful memories.
