A LUXURY BEACH experience at Island Royale awaits you! Directly on the Beach, just steps to the water's edge, "Searenity" is the perfect place to Relax and Unwind! Located on the 11th floor unit 1101 is a great height for dolphin watching on the balcony! This 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is light and airy and has been recently updated!
New stainless appliances. Beautiful Coastal Décor. An electric FIREPLACE that sets the mood in the living room. It can be utilized throughout the year, with or without heat.
There's a COFFEE and TEA station and a wine chiller, which provides the perfect place to store your favorite selections.

The condo offers 3 MASTER SUITES, with all bedrooms having direct access to en-suite bathroom. The condo can sleep 9 comfortably with the queen sleeper sofa. There's also a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The large private balcony is curved and offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The comfortable patio furnishings provide the perfect spot to wake up early and enjoy a cup of coffee at sunrise, or to catch the magnificent sunsets with a glass of wine in the evenings.

This unit is OWNER OPERATED. We are creating a space that we hope you and your family will enjoy as much as we do!

Primary BEDROOM with king bed and en-suite bath. There's also a desk/sit-down vanity for those that need a workspace or just an area to sit down and get ready for dinner! We designed and custom-built the bed with extra drawers on the sides and a place to store your luggage beneath! You also have access to the Balcony or can sit in bed and wake up with views of the waves crashing on the beach!

Guest BEDROOM 2 with queen bed and en-suite bath that can also access the living area.

Guest Bedroom 3 with a custom built King bed and Twin Loft bed above. A private Juliet balcony with views of Little Lagoon and it's own en suite bathroom with shower.

KEYLESS ENTRY (no stopping to get keys or hassle with keys on beach).

NEW STAINLESS APPLIANCES in kitchen with GRANITE COUNTERTOPS.

LOW DENSITY, FAMILY ORIENTED COMPLEX (less people to share pool and beach with).

WOODEN WALKWAY to the beach with very few steps to the sand and the water's edge.

NEW BATHROOM VANITIES in all bathrooms with GRANITE COUNTERTOPS.

FLAT SCREEN SMART TV'S in living room and all bedrooms. We also provide an Alexa devices for your entertainment. It can be unplugged OR powered off if you don't wish to utilize her.

HEATED INDOOR and OUTDOOR POOL with swim through access.

3rd Floor offers EXERCISE room, a GAME room, a STEAM ROOM AND SAUNA for guests to enjoy.
2 HOT TUBS, one indoor and one outdoor.

GRILLING AREA FOR GUESTS with charcoal grills.

First come first serve BIKE RACK.

Don't forget your beach towels and binoculars for watching the Dolphins!

We offer a stocked kitchen that includes basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, rice cooker, and a crock pot. We have a coffee pot, Keurig, coffee grinder, and a French Press!

We provide start-up packs of toilet paper, soap, and detergent.

Pier 33, a Convenience store located across the street, is a great little store that provides all of the extra little things you may need or have forgotten at home. No crowds and no long lines.

We provide 1 parking pass for 1 car. A maximum of two parking passes are allowed. You must purchase the additional permit from the security guard on duty. If he is not available, you must purchase it from the management office off location. The permit must be displayed on your windshield.

GULF SHORES is Alabama's original beach town, Small town BIG BEACH. It has been a beloved spot for families to gather for many years. Enjoy the family fun entertainment, unique shopping, great food and especially the white sandy beaches and Emerald Waters!

GUEST ACCESS
The entire condo is yours for the length of your stay! Don't forget to check out the exercise room, steam room, and sauna on the 3rd floor!

PARKING
The Homeowner’s Association determines the number of parking passes allowed and the parking pass fees for the property. For the convenience of our guests, we pre-purchase these passes and have (1) available in the unit when you check-in. If you wish to purchase an additional pass, please contact us for instructions on how to do that. This property does not allow parking for boats, trailers, jet skis, RV’s or motorhomes. There is a bike rack located on the premises that is first come serve.

We live in South Louisiana and my family and I have vacationed in Gulf Shores for many years because of it's close proximity to our home. We have owned and Operated Rental Homes for over a decade and we take pride in our homes, going above and beyond to assure they are maintained and in pristine condition. This is our third vacation rental at Island Royale and we will continue to offer the same level of quality and Southern Hospitality to our guests! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
One parking pass is included with your stay and must be displayed on windshield while vehicles are parked on the premises. An additional 2nd parking pass can be purchased for $30. There are some covered parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis. There is parking on the first and second level. You will be required to submit a copy of your driver's license, provide a contact number, mailing address, email address and sign our rental agreement to complete your reservation.

OVERVIEW
Island Royale is centrally located within walking distance of The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, and many of the dining establishments, downtown festivals, and shopping. Approximately one mile from The Hangout! It's a short drive to the Gulf State Pier, the many amusement parks, Flora-Bama, The Wharf and Amphitheater, zoo, golf courses, marinas, Perdido Pass, jetties, Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels), the Naval Flight Museum and the Pensacola Greyhound Dog Track. A one hour drive west brings you to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. The Casinos in Biloxi, Mississippi are located a short drive west of Mobile.

GETTING AROUND
No Busses unless you are going to the casino in Biloxi MS (day trips). You can take the ferry to get across Mobile Bay and visit nearby Dauphin Island. You can rent a bicycle from Island Outfitters located a couple blocks from our complex, or you can bring your own bike. Getting around on bikes is easy with bike lanes on the street and extra wide sidewalks. Lots of people walk to their destinations, or of course get there by automobile, Taxi service, Lyft or Uber. Also close to airports in neighboring Mobile and Pensacola.

This condo is a smoke free facility and you must be 25 years of age to rent here. Spring Break parties are not welcome here. Absolutely no refunds if your age is misrepresented.

**All guests are required to submit a photo copy of their Drivers License or Governmental ID, their Mailing Address, Email Address and Phone number upon booking. This can be sent by text or email. You are also required to digitally sign our rental agreement. Your booking will not be complete until you have provided this information and digitally signed the rental agreement

***If you are staying with us during Hurricane Season (June-November) we highly recommend that you purchase Trip Insurance. The Cancellation policy will not change due to hurricanes.
***We also rent unit 1102 next door and unit 704 on the 7th floor. If you have family or friends that want to vacation with you be sure to ask us about our multi-unit discount for renting multiple condos.

**** There may be times when we or our Homeowners Association needs to do routine maintenance or inspections during your stay. Monthly pest control is part of the maintenance in our building. This is how we keep our property and building in tip top shape. We will notify you should something come up during your stay. You must allow them access should something arise during your stay.

NOTE: Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, it is not guaranteed that it will work to the best of its ability. We do recommend that if you need Wi-Fi for work or pleasure that you bring a hot spot. Limited Tech Support Available. There will be no refund for interruptions in Wi-Fi Service.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We absolutely love the location of Island Royale. So much that we purchased 3 condos in this building! When our neighbor offered to sell this unit to us it was a no brainer! We have a large family and love being able to accommodate everyone especially now that we have 2 condos next door to each other and a 3rd on the 7th floor. The City of Gulf Shores has so much to offer. Not only the amazing beaches, the parks and recreation areas are top notch! The sidewalks are wide for walking and riding bikes. There are so many wonderful restaurants and having Pier 33 grocery store across the street is so convenient.
The complex here at Island Royale is smaller with less condo units in the building, but it still offers the same amenities as the larger complexes. Indoor and outdoor pools, a splash pad, fitness room, steam room and sauna, and an outdoor grilling area. The maintenance department does a really good job of keeping things looking and smelling nice! The spacious curved balcony offers panoramic views just in time for the sunset! Still my favorite place to end the day!!!

Because there are less condos in this complex it means you will have less people to share the beach with! It's also a very short walk to the water's edge. That means you have less walking through the sand with you beach chairs and umbrellas to start your relaxation! We provide 2 beach chairs you can use on the beach and Ike's Beach Service provides beach service rentals in front of the condo during the season March-October.
