Condo in excellent conditions and very well equipped. Excellent location. My only observation is that you should mention the high stairs you need to go up in order to access the apartment, since it's actually located on a second floor.

Perfect location & beautiful beach

Had a little difficulty finding the unit but it was dark when we arrived so that was the issue. Comfortable unit in a great location. So many good places to eat within a short walk and even more a short drive away. There is a good grocery store about a 5 min car ride away. Host was available and helpful. We would stay again. Oh, and the pool was beautiful and right outside the front door. Very quiet complex too.

Loved this place.

Great condo in a great location. Property and pool were well maintained. Within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Steps to the beach. We used the beach right in front of La Fenice to lounge in the supplied chairs. It is a long walk to the main grocery stores but we had a scooter so it was fine. Komida also delivers everything. The condo is on the 2nd and 3rd floor so there are steps. Would definitely stay here again. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Carmen is a great host. She was always quick to respond to questions or concerns.

A gem in Las Terrenas

We stayed for a little more than a month at La Fenice and we will definitely return. Our home away from home was well appointed with clean, comfy beds, two great outdoor spaces and across the street from the beach and Punta Popy. It was so nice to be able to do laundry and hang it to dry on the third floor. Having cocktails on that same floor was primo. The pool and gardens were well looked after and it was nice to take a dip when it got hot. There are so many nice people staying at La Fenice from all around the world. I had the best Italian pizza of my life at Raffaele next door and we would go every few days and bring the leftovers home to have for lunch. Yummy. La Fenice is also close to other great restaurants and of course close to town. We enjoyed live guitar music on the beach provided by Cafecito across the street. Carmen is a wonderful host and is available for any of your questions or concerns. We would definitely recommend this rental and La Fenice to our friends and family.

Hello, I'm Carmen but my friends & family call me by my nickname Kelina. I live in Patchogue (Suffolk County Long Island), NY. My profession is Contract Manager and LEED Representative for a General Contractor in NY. I am married, my husband & I have 4 daughters together, 3 granddaughters, and 4 fur babies (2 dogs, 2 cats). We love traveling, spending time with family & friends, going to the beach, watching sunsets, listening to music, dancing, going to restaurants, and watching movies. My parents are originally from the Dominican Republic, so I grew up visiting the DR quite often. We have traveled to many Caribbean Islands, but my favorite place to travel to has always been DR. I guess it's because I feel at home when I am in the Dominican Republic. I am fluent in English and Spanish and learning Italian since it's pretty similar to Spanish.

In 2023 I realized my dream of owning my own place in my favorite part of DR... Las Terrenas, Samana! And now I would like to open my home and share it with other travelers who share my love for the beautiful beaches of Samana, the culture, the people, and the food.
