ABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to Katydid.com Beach Bungalow, where the waves hit your feet and the sand can be your seat, just minutes after you arrive. This lovely home is located in the gated community of Sea Nest Village, in the quaint 30A community of Seagrove, centrally located between Rosemary and Seaside. Katydid.com Beach Bungalow is perfect for multigenerational families with two Queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the first floor, a luxury King bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the 2nd floor and a stunning Primary suite on the third floor with a balcony for you to watch the sun kiss the sea. The open concept kitchen, dining and living area are perfect for large gatherings and game nights. You'll have everything you need to enjoy your getaway by the sea.

ABOUT AREA: Seagrove Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Seaside Beach and Seacrest Beach. Seagrove is perfect for nature lovers seeking an unspoiled retreat and uncrowded environment. Enjoy canoeing, kayaking, swimming and more in this quaint town with Old Florida charm with many options for recreation as well as dining at some of 30a's best spots within a short walk or bike ride such as Cafe Thirty-A, Goat Feathers, Angelina's Pizza and Perfect Pig! Eastern Lake and Deer Lake State Park provide wonderful spots for quiet reflection.

BEACH ACCESS: The nearest beach access is just .3 miles away called One Seagrove which is west on Scenic 30A across from Robert Ellis Street across from Cassine Gardens subdivision. It has a shower and no parking. Santa Clara Regional beach access is less than a mile West. This access is ADA accessible, and has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season.

PARKING: There are 3 parking spots available with this home which is strictly enforced.

Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.

Highly recommend it to everyone!

Just a short stroll from the beach and dining, all we required were our bikes, or walking! The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the abundant natural light added to the cheerful ambiance. Neighborhood is very quiet and private. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Absolutely stunning!!

This home is perfect! My favorite!! The floorplan of the home is open and very spacious! Plenty of room for multiple families. The first floor has 2 Queen suites and has a double garage as well. The second floor has a master King suite as well as the living room and kitchen. The bedroom has 2 nice size closets. The second floor also has a balcony with gas grill. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials in a kitchen you will need. Love the island where the sink is located. The decor is beautiful! Love the colors- white/ blues. The beds are so comfortable. Your laundry room is located on the second floor as well! Love the shelving over the washer/dryer. Also a 1/2 bath next to Laundry room. The third floor has another master suite with a King Size Bed. The Bathroom has a double shower as well as a bathtub. Separate sinks in this bathroom. Large Master closet with shelving. The view overlooks 30A with a glimpse of the ocean. Small balcony off this master suite as well. We did not get to take advantage of the pool, but very nice and located directly across from this home. Convenient key lock system for the home. Gated community with key lock systems. 4 bikes provided as well. Definitely will vacation at this home again!! Affordable price for all the amenities. Hollie with Beach 30A Management was awesome to work along. A Must See and Stay!!

Best Vacation ever!

Exceeded all expectations!! The house was absolutely stunning and the pictures online failed to do the home complete justice. Our group was especially pleased with the proximity to the beach as we spent most of our time there during the day. We had a chef come over ( Hollie had the best connection) one night and make us an unbelievable meal. The kitchen was perfect for us being able to have a great meal while not getting in the way of the chef and his staff in the kitchen itself. The managers of the home 30a beach girls go ABOVE and beyond what you would ever expect. We have never had this experience in hospitality before and they have won us over. This was the easiest and most enjoyable vacation ever. I didn't hav e to go grocery shipping or worry about a rental car, they handled it all. The included bonfire with the rental was incredible. We had the most enjoyable evening. Highly recommend this home and this company.

Amazing! We had an amazing stay! Definitely will be staying here again. House was amazing with amazing access to beach. Will definitely be staying here again. Lots of beaches to choose from just minutes away walking. Make sure to make reservations to restaurants such as Old Florida Fish House and Paradis, ask any of the beach girls at 30a beach girls for recommendations they have lots! They host was like no other :) Definitely will be staying here again

Magical 30a Vacation and rejuvenation.

Magical 30a Vacation and rejuvenation. So pleased with our selection. Book this home! This house is as stunning as the nearby beach! Literally a 2 minute walk. The place was well-stocked with all the amenities that out-of-towners would need to feel at home and comfortable while on vacation - from towels and beach gear to a wonderful kitchen with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. The attention to detail and care of this space really added to the overall sense of peaceful relaxation and rejuvenation. Hollie, Jada were friendly and easy to get in touch with if anything was needed. This was a wonderful place to bring my family together for a vacation!
