Welcome to "Seagrove Beach Villa" by Kismet Properties of 30A!

This luxurious three-story home is a vacation paradise on 30A. With its luxury finishes, four bedrooms + bonus sleeping areas, and five baths, this home comfortably accommodates 10. The fully equipped kitchen comes ready for your family meals. Complete with upgraded appliances, spacious countertops, a gas range, and a gas grill.

Take a dip in the refreshing community pool or take a short stroll to the white-sand beaches of 30A. Whatever your vacation desires, Seagrove Beach Villa is the place for you!

Up to 2 Dogs- 30 lb Limit- $150 per Dog.

An initial supply of paper products: toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, shampoo, dishwasher soap, and trash bags. You may want to bring or buy extra as we do not furnish these products for your entire stay.

A fully equipped kitchen includes a blender, wine opener, toaster, coffee pot, and all cooking utensils.

White sand beaches and crystal blue waters abound along thirty-plus miles of paved walk/run/bike paths which stretch out on 30A. You'll love exploring, shopping, local dining, or stopping to get ice cream. Fresh seafood shops and fine dining are within cycling distance. Just about 2.5 miles to Seaside Market, 2.5 miles from Publix Grocery store, and an easy walk to the beach! Fine and casual dining opportunities from breakfasts to dinner, as well as proximity to bike and beach rentals. Short drives to Rosemary beach, the Hub, Panama City Beach, or Destin.

Family vacation

This is a great house for a multi age, larger family gathering. We had a lot of fun in the large living space sharing meals and playing games and just catching up. And the back deck is a great place to spend in the morning having coffee or reading a book. The house offers a lot of shared space but also has the ability to have some time alone. The golf cart was a great addition along with the beach chairs and all the beach essentials.

Spacious home with separate baths

This house was amazing. The response time was excellent when we had any issue. Only thing is lots of codes to keep up with. But that is a good thing as everything is locked. I just wish I knew there were plenty of chairs to take to the beach and floats and towels and rafts etc. We were told there was not any chairs and packed an extra car for 6 backpack chairs. The house had 5 good chairs and several other things. Many beach towels to use as well in a huge basket. That was great. Also an extra fridge and freezer in garage and it was helpful. We loaded up the freezer with ice for our beach coolers daily. We could have kept a car home had we known everything is at the house. You just need a cooler for the beach. They have an outside shower with a large tons with several water toys to bring as well. The golf cart was excellent. Overall, excellent house and very tastefully decorated. Beds super comfortable!!!!! This house has everything you could possibly need already. Just bring yourselves and you are good to go. 4 bikes were a plus too

Great house/location!

This is our second time in this property. It's a great location given you're in between Seaside and Rosemary. The new owners maximized the sleeping space which is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Best Stay Yet

Our family of 6 has stayed in a number of house rentals from Hilton Head Island, Santa Rosa, Grayton Beach and Miramar Beach and this was by far the most accommodating home - quality kitchen appliances and cookware, cold a/c, golf cart rental included, chair/beach gear, and so much more. The home is beautifully decorated and beds are comfy. We will definitely look to book again at this house!

Comforts of home - Nice Escape!

This was our family’s second stay here at this home. Love the location, amenities, and coziness of this home. Everyone finds their room and settles in nicely. We really appreciate having the bikes and golf cart ready to go! Owner has thought of everything.

Wonderful surroundings in which to connect with our family members in a relaxing and beautiful place.

The house is modern and lovely 
.. perfect for 3 families
. One family took the top floor, one family took the bottom floor and our master was on the middle/main level. Proximity to the beach was awesome. We could walk to several really good breakfast places. The house had great bedding and towels

Excellent location with tons of amenities

The property is beautiful, spacious and in a gates, quiet neighborhood just off 30A. The beach is a 5 minute walk, and the golf cart and bikes make traveling from the house down to Seaside or Alys a breeze. There are several porches that make for great hangout spots in the evening. We would recommend this place and would visit again ourselves. Perfect for a big family. We had six teenagers and our dog with us. Please note the neighborhood is gated and does have pretty strict rules about noise, parking and pets.

The Perfect Escape

This place exceeded our expectations along every step of the way. First, Kismet was incredibly accommodating to us, and our check in process went smoothly. The house was in pristine condition upon arrival. They were communicative and easy to work with. The house was exactly as advertised, if not better, which is rare in a rental property. The home's best features include: the screened-in deck off the kitchen, which provides a lovely indoor/outdoor space with a beautiful view of the wooded state park; the third floor deck, which has a porch swing with the same view that is fantastic for reading and naps; a well-stocked kitchen to allow for home-cooked meals; a great location (almost halfway between Alys/Rosemary Beach and Seaside; but also close to the hub); your choice of three large master suites; two incredible soak tubs; easy beach access; very friendly neighbors; and a luxury golf cart. The house is also very tastefully decorated and has lots of empty furniture and large closets for all of your things! Our visit was in January, so we were not able to enjoy the beautiful private community pool. This house also offers a level of privacy/seclusion that many others do not, due to the popularity of the area. We loved this house so much that we have requested to extend our stay, and will definitely be back in the future!

A wonderful time exploring the beautiful 30A with special friends

We loved the house.....great layout for groups.... with the 2 bedrooms on the first floor for one family, the master on the middle floor with kitchen and living spaces, then a great bunkroom and another master on the third floor.....all of which allow for privacy for each of the families/groups. Beautifully decorated in modern style, crisp and clean look. We didn't use the porches this trip but cant wait to return and enjoy hanging out there. Lots of places for kids to get off to themselves and hang out together. We will return this summer.
