Enjoy a true resort style vacation when you stay at Magnolia Village 511, located in the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. This single story home includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate up to 8 people. The property also includes a 4-seat golf cart so you can cruise the area in comfort and style!

Upon entering the foyer, you will find the home to be bright and welcoming. It is decorated in soft coastal décor and solid surface flooring runs throughout the home. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances, and white cabinetry. It is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare the group’s favorite meals. Both the rustic dining table and bar area offer plenty of seating options, so everyone can dine together!

The master bedroom features a king bed and en suite bathroom with a separate vanity and tub/shower combo. There is a king guest bedroom as well as a bunk room that includes twin over twin beds. The second bathroom features a vanity and tub/shower combo. The queen sleeper sofa in the living area can be used to sleep additional guests.

The screened back porch and oversized brick patio provide a space for quiet moments as you start the morning or end the day. There are multiple seating options for everyone to gather and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. When you are ready to go exploring, hop on the golf cart that is included with the property and cruise over to one of the resort pools or head over to the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast.

Clean, comfortable and super convenient

Place was as advertised, very clean and the golf cart made getting to activities easy. Comfortable beds and a nice layout. Well stocked kitchenware, however there is zero basics for cooking in the house. No salt, pepper, coffee filters or anything to cook with. Not a big deal, but this is only Vrbo I’ve encountered that and when you get in late and want a coffee in the morning it’s an unpleasant surprise.

Our favorite activity was going to Baytown Wharf on the golf cart in the evenings for the entertainment and food.

Great location! Loved loved the resort!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was a little dated and needed a few upgrades however our stay was great! When we arrived the golf cart had a flat tire they brought us a loaner and couldn't get ours fixed for a couple of days due to weekend but they fixed it and was so nice and helpful. Each time we contacted them they gave it their all to resolve the problem (and did). As a vacation host myself I always want a clean condo and this one was. Had a lot of amenities and location is great! We had a blast! Would highly recommend this place!
