***Lake Escape is one of our newest distinctive vacation homes in the Branson area. This home, with over 4,400 Sq feet of living space, has seven spacious rooms, five of them being master suites, each with a king bed, their own TV, & their own bathroom. This house sleeps up to 24 guests. The two other bedrooms: one a bunk-room with eight twin beds; the other bedroom with two queen beds. Perfect for any group or family gathering!

💙 Wilderness Mountain Lodges is located on beautiful Table Rock Lake. This location is just south of Kimberling City giving your guests the most breathtaking views anywhere on Table Rock Lake, yet only minutes away from Silver Dollar City and all that Branson has to offer! The Branson Strip with all the restaurants, shows and attractions, the Branson Landing all within fifteen to twenty five minutes! Your Branson Vacation adventures are close by and as a guest you can return to the calm, relaxing vista above the lake for a peaceful stay!

💙 LAKE ACCESS IS ALSO RIGHT ON SITE!!! You can swim and fish in Table Rock Lake right on site at Wilderness Mountain!

💙 You also have close by options as well: Port of Kimberling City Marina (Located less then 5 minutes away) Has nightly Boat slip rentals, Ski boats, Pontoon boats, and WaveRunner rentals, including a public boat launch, and much more! We enjoy renting the pontoon with the slide and going tubing!

💙 Not far from the dam and the fish hatchery. Moonshine Beach is also only fifteen minutes away where you can enjoy the sandy beach and swim in the lake. They have boat rentals available as well!

💙 Every TV in Lake Escape is a Smart TV, all having their own HDMI so you can hook your computer or game system to the TV. Great for streaming content, or showing a slide presentation. We`ve put a lot of thought into the details.

💙 MAIN LEVEL
The main level featuring 30 foot cathedral ceilings and large windows to take in the views of beautiful Table Rock Lake All Year Long! Lakeside Escape is wheelchair friendly with an open floor plan, including: Great room with ship lack fireplace and 85” Smart TV, large dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with convenient island. There are two refrigerators, one in the kitchen on the main level, and one in the lower level kitchen. Granite countertops throughout the house add a touch of elegance. Step out onto the main floor back deck, there you will find more dining (fire-pit dining table) and a gas grill for barbequing! Also an additional Private Fire Pit surrounded by high end outdoor couches, perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful Table Rock Lake Views! There are two master suites, one wheelchair friendly with transfer shower, each with their own king bed and 50` Smart TV. There is also an `Infinity` Game Table on the Main Level - perfect for playing your favorite board games like Monopoly, Chess, Checkers, Chutes & Ladders, or even a puzzle or Solitaire! Great for ALL ages!

💙 UPPER LOFT LEVEL
Climb the stairway to the upper loft level where you`ll find an oversized bedroom with 2 Queen Beds, along with a Full Size Bathroom. This room sleeps four and has its own Smart TV as well. Great for families with young children.

***Also in the Loft Level open Living Space is a Queen Sleeper Sofa, a Large 70” Smart TV, and a Full Size Golden-Tee Arcade Game (Newest Version) (Can you find another rental that has this???)!!!

💙 LOWER LEVEL
Head down to the lower level where there are two more master suites, a third bedroom also with a King Size Bed, and a Bunk-Room with eight twin beds! The family room has a 70” Smart TV, a second full kitchen with fridge, Tournament Size Pool Table, a Twelve Foot Shuffle Board Table (WHO ELSE has a 12` size shuffle board table in their rental??? - THIS IS JUST LIKE PLAYING AT YOUR FAVORITE RESTAURANT OR BAR), Large Air Hockey Table, and an Arcade with 60 classic video games. Show the kids the games you grew up playing, and still like playing!

***Step out onto the second back deck. There you can enjoy evenings with a drink and chatting around your PRIVATE OUTDOOR FIREPLACE with a 75` Outdoor TV! After a long day in Branson, step into the HOT TUB and let the jetted water relax your muscles!

***Cornhole, Washers, and Ring-toss games also provided and available to play out back on your private walk out deck space!

💙 AMENITIES AT WILDERNESS MOUNTAIN
In the summer, take advantage of the on-site community amenities which include 2 outdoor swimming pools, lazy river, tanning deck, kiddie splash pad, jungle gym, pickleball, basketball and playground. Also take advantage of the 2 indoor heated swimming pools which are open year round. Great for those rainy days or when staying during the cooler parts of the year! (Currently open, will be heated by December 1st, and then heated year round)

There is a quiet cove on the lake just about a 1/4 mile stroll from the house where you can fish or just skip rocks across the water.

💙 PET FRIENDLY
Lake Escape is pet friendly. Fees are per dog: $19 per day plus additional one time cleaning fee of $50. Only dogs are allowed. Due to association rules, guests may bring up to two dogs, each must be no more than 25 lbs., or one dog no more than 50 lbs. If you are bringing a furry family member, you must mention how many in your reservation request and I will send a payment request for the pet fee, if needed.

💙 PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
***Lake Escape is a non-smoking lake house.
***Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
***Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. ALL beds will already be made, ready for your arrival.
***We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

💙 DAMAGE WAIVER
***In lieu of collecting a security deposit, we will collect, for each reservation, a one-time non-refundable $95.00 damage waiver fee. This is already included in the management fee you pay. The damage waiver is provided by Waivo, a third-party vendor which is not affiliated with us. Generally, the damage waiver provides up to $10,000 of coverage towards unintentional property damage. The coverage is subject to all applicable terms and conditions imposed by Waivo, including, without limitation, those terms and conditions described on the attached Exhibit A. Waivo’s terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any changes to or variance in Waivo’s terms and conditions which conflict with or contradict the information provided in Exhibit A. You are responsible for obtaining accurate and up-to-date terms and conditions directly from Waivo at the time of purchase. If for any reason whatsoever, Waivo fails or refuses to cover any costs or expenses incurred due to damages resulting from your stay, We shall be entitled to charge the credit card on file or otherwise collect such additional amounts as may be incurred for damages or theft, including, without limitation, the market rate for replacement of costs or repairs plus time and materials, in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
