Peaceful Home Between Edmond & Guthrie + Minutes Away From I35 & Lazy E Arena

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful three bedroom / two bath home in a quiet, rural neighborhood. Home sits on nearly three scenic acres, with lots of trees and wildlife. Conveniently located less than 2 miles from I-35, 12 minutes from Lazy E Arena & just 5 miles to the Edmond Convention Center & ShowBiz Theater. The home is a convenient short drive to either Edmond or Guthrie.

The space:
This single story home has a king bed in the primary bedroom, with a smart tv, an on-suite bathroom and walk in shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed, while the third bedroom has a pair of twin beds to comfortable accommodate your group. The beds sleep 6 total comfortably, while another (making the total 7 people) could sleep on the couch is needed. Off the hallway, the guest bathroom has a shower / tub combo. In the living room your find a love seat, full size couch and smart tv. Also, there is a desk and task chair for when work beckons. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans and basic cooking supplies. A Keurig coffee maker, Brita water filter pitcher & electric tea kettle with a variety of teas are provided. The laundry room boasts a Maytag washer and dryer, with Free & Clear detergent pods provided, as well as an iron for guest use. For families traveling with children, a Pack-N-Play & high chair are provided, along with some toys, children’s books and board games. Sitting in rocking chairs while soaking in the outdoors or visiting with friends and family over a meal at the picnic table will make for a great way to both start and end your day.

Other things to note:
This home is in a rural, wooded neighborhood where bugs and wildlife roam. While we have treated for pests, it is possible that you may encounter some during your stay. Please give all wildlife space and respect.
Please do not park in the grass.
There are outdoor cameras, which all face away from the house.
Please refrain from starting any fires and all fireworks are prohibited.
Leaves may blow & limbs may fall, the garage is available for suitable vehicles.
For experienced backers, trailer parking is available, just watch out for those trees.
Pack-N-Play available for your little bundles of joy, however please bring your own bedding.
