Property has 4 spacious bedrooms. Plenty of space for 3 adult couples and an adult single. Host is very responsive to any needs. Home is newly renovated and clean with comfortable beds. Close proximity to anything you would need, restaurants, shopping, close to downtown.

Great Family Stay in Cary

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood with excellent location to shopping, restaurants, and parks. Our family had everything we needed. The owners were very accommodating and were excellent communicators. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay and an amazing host

House was clean, and ready for our stay. The linens were extremely fresh and good quality. The back porch is large and a great spot to hang out or have dinner. The host was very communicative which is always appreciated. I will definitely consider staying here again next time I’m in the area.

8 day stay!

The home was very clean and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It was also super convenient—just a short drive to local stores and restaurants, which made everything really easy.We were in town for a baseball tournament at the USA Baseball Complex, and this place worked out perfectly for our needs. The property manager was fantastic—very accommodating and quick to respond whenever we had questions. We really appreciated the helpful communication and smooth check-in process.

Great family stay!

Everything we needed for a family reunion - nice to have a large downstairs suite and upstairs master bed/bath, lots of space to spread out with both kitchen and dining room tables. Large TVs for streaming. Also enjoyed mornings on the deck watching birds in the back yard. And Roma was very responsive to communications.

Wonderful Landing Place

We had a great stay at Landing Place visiting our daughter who is getting married. We had a lot of shopping to do and everything was so convenient to this location. The house itself was finished extremely well and the amenities were plentiful. Anything that might have been needed was immediately addressed by the wonderful owners. Landing Place is highly recommended.

College Reunion

This was a wonderful weekend stay for 3 women in our 50’s catching up after 30 years. The place was lovely, clean, accommodating and in a charming neighborhood. We sat on the deck having our breakfast watching the fall leaves and it was perfect! The living room had comfortable seating for us to talk and talk and the bedrooms were very nice!! Nobody was complaining about cheap mattresses and poor sleep. It really was perfect!

Great home away form home

We could not have been happier with our stay and Roma was a fantastic and responsive host. We were in town for our son's college graduation and this wonderful house was perfectly located for easy access to NCSU. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The yard and large deck was a wonderful gathering place for family. The kitchen, dining room and living room were all comfortable spaces for us to share meals and visit with each other. The place has pretty much 2 master bedrooms with what is almost a private apartment on the lower level and a large traditional master bedroom upstairs. We appreciated all the basics stocked for our use. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Raleigh NYE Weekend Trip with the Ladies

This Cary, NC, home was so convenient to Raleigh and to the PNC arena, our destination for a NYE concert. The home was spacious for our group of 4, 2 sets of sisters. It was great having 3 bathrooms and space to spread out. There were plenty of restaurants in very close proximity (a perfect brunch spot in downtown Cary 4 minutes away) and the Fenton development for shopping, food, and ice skating just 5 min away. Even a trip to downtown Raleigh to the famous Poole’s Diner only took 15 min. PNC arena is 10 minutes away. The location couldn’t have been more perfect for our plans. I can’t say enough about the comfort and convenience of this lovely home in a quiet neighborhood yet close to so many things to do. The kitchen is well equipped as well if you plan to cook, with a nice large dining table for eating or games. I would love to return to this fabulous home again and explore more of the Cary and Raleigh area. Thank you Roma for providing everything we might need and asking if there was anything else we needed. It was a super trip!
