Nature Spa House | Hot Tub, Sauna, Pool, Relax

Relax with the whole family or group of friends at this nature retreat. Kick back at the pool, hot tub and sauna. Prepare group meals in the gourmet, open kitchen. Appreciate nature with 10 acres to explore, a stocked pond, and evenings at the fire pit. Work out in the fitness center. Catch a film in the new movie room and play with the whole family in the new game room addition.

Pets accepted with an extra pet fee of $50/ pet. (Charge beyond 1st pet sent separately.)
The space
This home is located in a wooded setting, with plenty of nature to explore. A few things to note:
-The pool is semi-indoors, with roof solar heating to extend the season. While we keep it open year round, water temps are weather dependent, and the pool is available as a cold plunge from around mid-November until mid-March, with water temps around 50 F.
-The hot tub and sauna will remain open year round.
-The pond is stocked and available for fishing. Bring your own fishing gear. Catch & release.
-The property manager (co-host Nick) & his family & dog live in the guest house on the property, which is next door to the main home. The two spaces are completely private from one another, with separate driveways. However, he is near by and available to assist with any needs.
-While the home can sleep up to 10, it most comfortably sleeps 6 adults + kids.
There are 4 private sleeping spaces:
-Primary bedroom (king bed + futon sofa)
-2nd bedroom (queen bed)
-3rd bedroom (queen bed)
-Library (futon sofa)
-In addition there are 3 queen sized air mattresses, and 2 single sized roll-away beds. There is plenty of room to set any of these up in the primary or 2nd bedroom, or in the library.
Guest access
There is parking for 2 cars in the garage with direct access into the main house. There is a circular driveway outside the garage which can easily accommodate 4 additional cars.

When you arrive to the house, there is a long gravel driveway that is along the edge of the pond that you will go down to drive to the house. In snowy/ icy conditions, we recommend only driving this in a vehicle with 4 wheel drive. If you are arriving in snowy/ icy conditions and don't have a vehicle capable of making across this long drive, please reach out to the property manager. There is more accessible parking available next door which can be arranged (with then a 1 minute walk to the house).
