Belle maison élégamment meublées. Reconstruite en 2008, la maison a une grande salle à l'étage supérieur avec le plan d'étage ouvert, une cuisine gastronomique et une cheminée à bois. Comptoirs en granit, électroménagers en acier inoxydable, le vin referigerator, bains de calcaire, WIFI, et améliorer la câblodistribution. Grande pièce donne sur une grande terrasse avec barbecue, vue magnifique, et deux ensembles de tables et de chaises pour manger dehors. feu de gaz fosse.

Pour votre divertissement il ya une télévision grand écran, Denon système de son de luxe et une table de billard. Vue panoramique sur les montagnes de la greatroom et grande terrasse attenante. Niveau inférieur dispose de trois chambres avec deux maîtres et une troisième chambre avec lits superposés et un futon lit double. Idéal pour deux ou trois couples ou un ou deux couples avec enfants. Buanderie séparée avec pleine grandeur W / D. Sur le niveau du sol, il ya une grande terrasse avec un gaz alimenté foyer, huit chaises, une table de pique-nique et pour tous les repas. Situé sur la route principale, la maison est dans un endroit privé avec vue imprenable sur les pentes Heavenly Valley. Toutefois, il est à moins de cinq minutes à Boulder soit ou Stagecoach chalets de ski. Il ya une école de ski d'un enfant à Boulder Lodge. Il ya en plastique traîneaux et la chambre des enfants pour les utiliser sur la propriété.

Les casinos, cinémas, restaurants élégants, des boutiques, des épiceries et des terrains sont tous dans les 5 à 10 minutes. Un petit marché, un restaurant, et le célèbre Charthouse sont à seulement 3 minutes. Beaucoup de stationnement hors rue et un garage simple. Lancement de bateaux, plusieurs des meilleures plages publiques de Tahoe, écuries équitation, concerts de musique de l'été, et célèbre dans le monde Edgewood parcours de golf sont à quelques minutes. Randonnée dans la forêt U. S est juste autour du coin.

Great house, great view, great host!

The house was exactly what we needed. Great views and great space! The upstairs large space is a perfect space to enjoy time with friends. We were able to shovel some snow and enjoy the patio also! Host did not forget anything and made sure guests can find the answer to any question they may have! Excellent stay!

Fun Cabin. Perfect location.

The cabin was great! Owner was great at checking in on us to make sure we got in okay. There was a storm the day before. The pool table kept everyone entertained. Very roomy. I could cook in the kitchen and still be part of everything. Nice open floor plan. We were able to make a snow run along the side of the cabin where we could tube down. I would recommend this cabin. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Great Place

Location was perfect for skiing at Heavenly and a perfect back yard for snow play. Owner were very communicative and helpful especially since our trip was delayed a day due to a snow storm. The open layout upstairs was great for family time and more then enough beds for all of us to sleep comfortably. Definitely play to stay here again.

My family spent 4 nights here for New Years. Cabin was beautiful. We enjoyed the gorgeous views. Relaxing by the fire place. Playing quite a few rounds of pool. Very quiet neighborhood. Hopefully we can book again!

Excellent Location, Amenities, and Owner

The home and the surrounding areas are amazing. Mike (the owner) has provided an amazing home for anyone to enjoy. Quiet and away from the crowds, yet close enough to enjoy all the amenities of South Lake Tahoe. Mike was great to work with and communicated promptly with any needs. The family (4 of us) had plenty of room and enjoyed how the entire second floor was designated as the community area where the bottom were the bedrooms. The master shower... I want that setup in my house. The pool table is a nice feature as the family enjoyed numerous games. Highly recommend this place as it will easily sleep 6 comfortably.

Michael’s place was absolutely wonderful! It was in the perfect location, had everything we needed, and was beautiful. It was so cute and clean and had an amazing view of the mountains. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay there again!

Perfect retreat after fun filled days in the sun. Furniture was so comfy and the kitchen was incredible. This place is up in elevation with majestic stargazing yet so close to everything. Hot summer days and cool nights on the mountain - perfect for sleeping. Mike was prompt with communication and provided everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great place in Tahoe

Mike's cabin in upper Kingsbury had everything we needed and more. The instructions provided were detailed and we had no problem navigating use of amenities provided The cabin and deck provided wonderful views and we were able to relax out side or playing pool in the evenings. We loved how it was out far enough to be away from the traffic and people at South Shore, but close enough to easily get down to the lake and restuarants.

Wonderful Ski House

This house had everything. Beautiful home, complete with all the extras to make the stay enjoyable. Mike was easily reached by email for questions. I think it would be important to include in the post a comment regarding access to the property in snowy conditions. People come here from all over the world to ski at Tahoe. To get to the house you need 4 wheel drive with snow tires on all wheels and should have chains in the vehicle.

Wonderful snowed in weekend

Can’t say enough good things about Mike’s cabin. It’s in a beautiful, quiet and breathtaking neighborhood and has all the amenities. We were snowed in during the massive storm this past MLK holiday weekend and enjoyed playing pool, watching football by the fire and cooking amazing meals. Mike is a great host with an amazing cabin. Hope to get the opportunity to spend another weekend there next year!

Beautiful cabin!

This cabin is really beautiful and cozy. We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend. There was a perfect snow hill for the kids to sled down. It's only a 10 minute drive to the casinos and shopping. The rooms are spacious. The beds have heated blankets on top and kept us warm through the night. The living room area is perfect for a family. The fireplace really gives off good heat. The kitchen is big and has everything to cook a Thanksgiving dinner. Overall a great cabin and we are definitely going to come back.

Reunion/Retreat

We had a wonderful reunion/retreat with 2 other couples. We have been friends for many years but not have been together for over 8 years. This home was perfect for our get together for the week! It was close enough to all the activities and venues - only about 10-15 minutes away. But far enough away that the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals with lots of room for us to prepare the food. The deck was perfect to enjoy coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. The bedrooms we spacious and the beds were comfy. Mike is a great host and prompt at answering any questions we had. This was my first experience at renting a home for vacation. Any future places will have to meet up to the exceptional standards of this home.

A fantastic home and vacation!!

The home was absolutely perfect for our family of five grown adults. The master bedroom and awesome shower were great and the other two bedrooms with a shared full bath were perfect. The upstairs is the highlight though. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and setting up a bar. The appliances are really nice to. There is a pool table and a sitting room that are just great. The deck off the kitchen overlooks the fire pit area and has great views of the mountains. This home will not disappoint so quit searching and book it now. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is a 5 min drive to Heavenly Village where there are casinos, restaurants and shopping. Many beaches and hiking trails within a 5-15min drive. The owner Mike was fantastic and his communication with us was prompt and he was very helpful with suggestions. Thanks Mike for a great family vacation!

Great Getaway

We had a great time in S. Lake Tahoe. the weather was perfect for our getaway, going from temps over 100 degrees to lows in the 30's. the house was set up perfect with a feeling of being at home. Everything we needed was there. Close proximity to everything was great also. Hope to do it again soon.

Excellent Stay

Stayed for 4 nights and had an amazing time with the family. Playing pool, BBQ, relaxing, and enjoyed the fire pit. Felt it was very clean and well maintained overall. Kitchen was fully stocked with virtually any utensil you’d need. Enjoyed the sound system for music and TV. Would definitely stay again!

Outstanding cabin, highly recommended

I stayed at this cabin for a few nights with my wife and 9 year old son over spring break. We have stayed in various other cabins in the area over the years around the same time of year, but we all agreed that this has been our favorite so far. The cabin itself is very nice, well-appointed, clean, modern and well-designed. The location is great as well, situated in a sparse neighborhood of similar homes that are far enough apart so you still feel you have some privacy but you're not in the middle of nowhere. It is a very quiet neighborhood as well. Parking was easy and there are only a few steps to go up to the entry, as opposed to some other cabins in the area that have tons of stairs that can be brutal to us lowlanders who need more air! We enjoyed the pool table very much and the large deck, wood-burning fireplace and cozy living room and TV were all great. The beds and bedding are very nice and comfortable, and the bathrooms were very large and nicely updated. There are areas around the cabin that are good for kids to play and sled, and there is also a fire ring in the yard that we didn't get to use, but hope to next time. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided detailed instructions before and at the cabin, as well as recommendations for activities and dining and so forth in the area. As I said, this was the best cabin we have ever stayed at in Tahoe and we definitely intend to come back. If you are on the fence, I can guarantee you will be happy if you book this place!

Secluded but close to everything. Close to Heavenly Valley North ski slopes, casinos, lots of golf. Multiple hiking trails and the Tahoe Rim trail are walkable form the house. Panoramic views of the ski slopes. Great yard!
