Hot tub, games, grill, and more!

Place was so good our group ended up spending more time at the Vrbo than in the rest of Pigeon forge. 10/10 recommend staying here, will likely book it again myself.

False Advertisement

We travel monthly and this is by the far the WORST place that I have ever stayed in. The pictures of the property are taken to make it look huge. It is maybe 1200 sq. ft. The pool is like a big hot tub maybe 3ft deep. The hot tub smelled like fish and urine & was brown when we opened the lid. There were cobwebs everywhere in the house. There is no where to put our clothes away if you are staying over a few days, plan to live out of your suitcase. You have not one mountain view. The driveway is hideous and will drag the bottom of your car if you are not in a bigger vehicle. If you are in the blue bedroom you will be blinded all night long from cars making the sharp tuen that it is on. You can also barely turn around in the driveway to get back down. All in all very false advertisement in every aspect.

This place has everything!

This property was perfect for our family get away!!! It literally has everything you could possibly need for your stay and entertainment! They location is perfect! It's off the busy path but so close, you can be anywhere in just minutes!!!! We loved it!
