Belle appartement de luxe Oceanfront propriété Montego Bay

Cet appartement récemment rénové, spacieux, trois chambres, trois salles de bains est la maison parfaite pour vos vacances, ou rester à Montego Bay. Niché sur l'eau à côté du Yacht Club de Montego Bay, Baypointe est une communauté fermée calme avec une vue imprenable sur l'eau et les montagnes en arrière-plan. Le porche est parfait pour se détendre à toute heure, un café le matin, une sieste l'après-midi ou pour «se détendre» le soir avec un cocktail ou une Red Stripe glacée!

Le condo est situé au centre de tout! Il est à 15 minutes de l'aéroport, à 10 minutes de Gloucester Avenue autrement connu comme le HIp Strip avec l'infâme Doctors Cave Beach, de nombreux restaurants, clubs et bien plus encore entre profiter des trésors de Montego Bay. Il y a une belle plage à distance de marche, à 5 minutes à pied, le Seawind Club qui a aussi un beau restaurant.

De Baypointe, une heure et demie de route dans les deux sens vous mettra à Negril ou Ocho Rios, une promenade facile pour une journée de sortie!

Un service de nettoyage sera fourni tous les jours et les repas peuvent être faits sur demande.

We loved the home and it was very clean and had an amazing view/loxation! Karen was truly amazing, answered every question literally within minutes and made the stay amazing for us! Only suggestion is a better stocked kitchen and directions/summary of the things we needed to know so we didn’t ask Karen so many questions but overall we had such an amazing time there!

Karen is amazing as a property owner. Easy to communicate and very helpful. Property itself is very clean and very safe. We have a great time on our stay here and certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

More than we expected...pleasantly surprised

Large, clean and beautiful rooms with dining room and full kitchen. Property has 2 swimming pools, picnic area and near Yacht club that serves all 3 meals--excellent food. Karen is responsive and gracious host. If we return to Jamaica, we'll be staying here again.

Great stay in a wonderful place!

Our stay in Montego Bay was great thanks to a clean VRBO with a well-maintained pool. Our host, Karen, was very nice and was great with communication. The location requires a bit of travel to get around, but Karen was accommodating in arranging a driver for us from the airport. The place had everything we needed for cooking and even had a washer and dryer. Overall, the experience was positive, and we'd definitely staying here again for a future visit.

A piece of paradise

I loved everything about the place from the security upon entering the complex to the decor of the home. The property is very well kept and the views are breathtaking. The rental was updated and I felt like I was staying at a personal spa for the time I spent at this beautiful home. The owner was accommodating to the best of her ability and I appreciate the prompt assistance when requested.

From start to finish this property was everything we hoped it would be and more. It is a beautiful location with views of the mountains. It is peaceful and serene. Beautiful property, distant location

The property was beautiful, clean, air conditioned & the host & staff were wonderful. The location is a distance away from everything so you should be prepared to hire a driver or rent a car. It was very relaxing. We opted to move to a resort closer to our excursions because of the cost of transportation. Karen was very gracious & understanding about the move. This location is perfect for couples or groups looking for a quiet, relaxing, low key vacation.

Property was as described. Clean spacious quiet and comfortable. Security was definitely not giving anyone access if guest did not not inform them of such. The host/property manager was prompt with sending assistance when needed and Christopher was quite pleasant and respectful to us. Definitely recommend and will book this again in future

Awesome place and manager!!!

Karen was so helpful in getting this location booked! Was very happy with our stay. We were a little hesitant on the cancellation policy but we are so glad we booked here. We were seeking somewhere to get to know locals more and this place was great as we were able to get out and explore and weren’t stuck at a resort. The Yacht Club next door was great and we had a wonderful fishing charter out of there. You’re also a $15 - $20 cab ride to hip strip. Would highly recommend recommend this home as its beautiful and a good value if you don’t want to spend a ton of money at a resort! Thank you Karen and crew!!! For some other fun spots check out Pelican restaurant, Pier 1 for fun night life, Flames downtown Montego Bay for a truly unique and local experience and so much more!

Wonderful Spring Break Getaway

My children are older now and need their space and this Condo was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. What I liked most is that the kids took the downstairs bedrooms so the upstairs bedroom was kid free. Karen is phenomenal and made sure we got in okay, she was always available when we needed her but left us alone to be vacationers. Karen's tips are helpful as well for finding groceries and points of interest. We booked our tours on Tripadvisor and all of our excursions were great. There is a live person at the front gate so we felt completely secure. Unlike the resorts, the pools are open at night so we we eat, nap and take a night swim after an excursion and that was really relaxing. The only down side was on excursions there are drifters that drape things on you telling you it is free and it is not, they then harass you for a tip. Also, we had American money and had no need to convert to Jamaican currency. Thank you Karen for your hospitality and we hope to see you again.

Fabulous place

I rented this condo for a trip with my mom (73) and nephew (18) and the place was perfect! It not only met the description perfectly but it exceeded my expectations from ease of check in to the welcoming water bottles and snacks that hit the spot after long travel. Karen is close by and available if needed. The place is beautifully decorated and kitchen fully equipped. Plenty of towels for bathing and beaching. Even toilet paper was fully stocked for our ten days. I've stayed in plenty of places that left single towel per person and only roll of TP. It was like staying at a hotel with with privacy and space. The layout of perfect for people who want separate baths/bedrooms. Would even be great for couple who travel since the bedrooms each have full bath and they are separate areas. The parking space is right in front and the second story unit offers beautiful views from each balcony. ACs in living room covers common area and one in each bedrooms- all work excellent. The complex is beautiful with two pools and gazebo by waterfront. One of the pools even has a beautiful waterfall. I will definitely look into renting Karen's place again!

Perfect getaway!

My wife and I rented this property in October to celebrate my 30th birthday. Karen was an awesome host and was always available to make sure that our needs were met. The property is located inside of a gated complex with a guard at the entrance and within walking distance of Secrets resort, where you will have access to the beach and restaurants. The beach was perfect for what we were looking for, absolutely beautiful and secluded. It was not as busy and crowded as the typical tourist beach. We rented a California King sized canopy bed while at the beach and felt like we had our own little piece of paradise. There's also another restaurant right next to the complex that the property is on. Karen arranged our pickup from the airport and met us upon our arrival. I would advise setting up arrangements with the driver or one of the many cab drivers outside of the property for travel during your stay. The unit looks just as does in the pictures and was actually more pleasant than we expected. It was comfortable more than enough for the two of us. Our favorite features of the unit were definitely the patio and the master shower. I spent most of my time relaxing out on the patio enjoying the weather. Overall, this was an awesome experience, and Karen's professionalism, availability, and hospitality definitely made it better. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Wonderful family vacation

Our first return trip back to Jamaica since 2020 & it did not disappoint. Karen is a great host, helping to make our stay enjoyable. Spacious, & beautifully decorated, you need only look at the photos for a true glimpse of where you will stay. This was our 2nd stay here & wouldn’t hesitate to return. We rented a car & drove to nearby Progressive Supermarket for supplies. We dined at Montego Bay Yacht Club, Houseboat & Uncorked. Covid testing conveniently located in shopping center at G West medical Center. We miss Jamaica already.

Great host, great location, great value!

If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable property with an outstanding owner/host, this is it. Centrally located yet not in the middle of the city, we could hang out on the grounds, walk to the private beach, or grab drinks/food at the yacht club (also within walking distance). You will need a rental car or have a driver to go the store or any of the sites around town, but that's easy to arrange through the host, Karen. I can't say enough great things about Karen's helpfulness, starting with emails while I was planning the trip and answering my many questions while we were there. She is a tremendous resource. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your time in Jamaica. We can't wait to return!
