This new construction 3BR/2.5BA southern style home is perfect for your next visit to Oxford! Comfortable & spacious open concept living room/kitchen w/Master on 1st floor. Enjoy your favorite shows on our 65” TV or relax in our front porch rockers or screened-in side porch. Close enough to everything but tucked away on a peaceful street less than 3 miles from the historic Oxford Square, Ole Miss and M-Trade park. The Sweet Pea was a great home for our family to stay at during our trip to Oxford. It has everything you need and it’s decorated very nicely. Only downside is there tends to be a lot of road noise starting early in the morning. Adorable, comfy, and well appointed home though.

We enjoyed our stay at this home, it was clean and beautifully decorated; the layout was comfortable and there was plenty of room for my family of 5. It is an easy drive to the square and University. The host was easy to communicate with when booking this rental. We would definitely request to stay at this home in the future.

This home is beautiful, spacious, and well-appointed. During our time here we had a couple minor questions and the host was very prompt in her responses. As the description states, this is a newly constructed home in a new development, and is located in a very convenient area for visiting restaurants, the Ole Miss campus, and nearby communities such as Water Valley. Highly recommend!

Love The Sweet Pea!!

Love this property!! It is conveniently located to campus and the square. The accommodations are very nice and decorated simply perfect for Oxford/Ole Miss. Great communication with the owners throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this property.

Sweet Pea - LOVE IT!

The Sweet Pea property was amazing! Beautiful brand new home not far from the Ole Miss campus. It was the perfect place to stay during move in for our son and we will be back for other visits!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable house close to downtown Oxford

We had a great stay at Sweet Pea in Oxford. I brought two high schoolers to tour Ole Miss and go to the football game. The home is clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Great location withih a 10 minute drive of downtown Oxford. Host is easy to communicate with and will give you lots of great recommendations on restaurants. Great place to stay for a visit to Oxford!

Family reunion

This was the perfect place to stay for a family of five coming to Oxford for a family reunion. The hosts were quick to respond to a question when we arrived late in the evening. We recommend it!

Awesome location, perfect for a weekend

We had the pleasure of staying at the property for Double Decker, and it met and exceeded all of our expectations. The proximity to The Square and campus were both less than a 5 minute drive. Very clean, amazing and quick communication from hosts. Would highly recommend for families of all ages. I brought my 7 month old and 2 year old and we were very comfortable with other family staying as well.

Hoddy Toddy Ole Miss Exceptional!

Lori was an exceptional host! Responded quickly, and was accommodating to our needs. Check-in instructions were detailed and helpful. The house was clean, kitchen extremely well stocked and adorably decorated for Ole Miss continuing an awesome vibe for a football weekend. Loved the generous sized master and bath. Ideal for our family and I'm already planning future stays. Overall a wonderful place; we will be staying again!

Exceeded Expectations

This home is perfect. It’s very new and beautifully furnished. From the outside, you can’t tell it’s a short term rental. It looks like a nice family home in a good part of the neighborhood. The home was very clean and well stocked with very thoughtful items. When we walked in, it was like entering a model home. Just keep in mind, as of this post, the address (when provided by the owners) will not show up on Apple Maps, but available on Google maps.

Great Weekend in Oxford

The Sweet Pea was a great experience from start to end. The owners made the check-in process so easy and checked in with me throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was beautifully decorated and super clean. The supplied puzzles and games were a nice touch since one day of our stay was too rainy to get out and about. The beds and bedding were super comfortable - slept great. There is simply nothing missing at this great home!

Perfect Place for a family of six - We hope to stay again!

This beautiful home was the perfect place to stay for our family of six. There was plenty of room. The cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated and the lay out of the home was perfect. We loved it! We hope to stay again soon but worried this property is going to be very popular among the Ole Miss families. The Whole Package

Whether you are looking for a weekend getaway location or longer, this location and property is AMAZING! The home was VERY, VERY clean. The property owner was so very kind and communicated regarding the details and was available immediately for any questions we had. My recent trip included myself and 7 of my childhood friends traveling to Oxford for a concert, and there was plenty of room. The bed and pillows were absolutely INCREDIBLE! It is located just 3 miles from the Ole Miss stadium. Just overall, I would rate this property a 10+/10, as well as the hospitality of the property owner. Definitely recommend.

- The kitchen is well appointed with all the essentials, plus lots of extras including a Keurig coffee machine with complementary coffee/creamer.

- Living room has a 65” smart TV, with sound bar and gas fireplace.

- Master bedroom on main level with king bed, smart TV, and large his/hers closets, en-suite bathroom with double vanity and roomy walk in shower.

- Second level sleeps 6 with two generously sized bedrooms with queen beds, large closets and smart TVs. Shared full bath with shower/tub. Hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash available for your convenience.

- Comfy bonus/sitting area connecting upstairs bedrooms.
