OUT DOOR GRILL : The outdoor grills are available for guest use. Guests must clean the grill after each use. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee. Propane is the guest’s responsibility—if there is leftover propane, guests are welcome to use it, but if it runs out during their use, they must refill it.

POOL/SPA HEATING: There is a fee of $45/ day for this service. It must be either on / off for all days of your booking.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
