Perched just above the palm trees, rich with salty air and warm sunshine, is where you will find this stunning ocean front 4-bedroom condo. Prepare to be captivated by the breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean the moment you walk into the open concept living area. Feel the warm embrace of the tropical air as you pull open the floor to ceiling glass sliders, connecting the indoors to the outdoors. In addition to these wonderful features are balconies that wrap around the front, side, and back of the building resulting in views of the beach, ocean, river, and mountains. It is not uncommon to see whales, dolphins, giant iguanas, and many species of birds, not to mention parasailers and boats of all sizes. From the balconies, you can literally watch the sunrise AND the sunset.

The beach, which is expansive, level, and sandy (not pebbly like a lot of other beaches in the area) is conveniently located a few small steps away from the condo. We have provided beach toys and sports equipment for our guests. The pool overlooks the ocean and has varying depths including an ankle-deep area, perfect for our littlest guests. As the evening rolls around, grab a drink and prepare dinner in the modern, fully equipped kitchen.

INTERNET: Our high-speed internet via fiber optics is the fastest service available in Mexico in case you need to do a video conference call, work remotely, or want to stream movies on several different devices at one time. We did not cut corners on internet speed!

AMENITIES: Poolside snack bar offers drinks and lunch items which you can enjoy poolside or have it ordered ‘room service style’ and delivered to the condo. An onsite spa provides pedicures, manicures, and massages (massages may be either in the spa or in the condo). An onsite gym is also available to our guests and includes many free weights and other equipment. Onsite security team keeps the building super safe and secure.

AVAILABLE PERKS: Hire a private chef to come to the condo and prepare your meals. The concierge can book all of your tours and experiences.

WALKING DISTANCE: Adjacent to the property is a shopping center with Starbucks, restaurants, pharmacies, and retailers. Lots of amazing restaurants all within walking distance. Puerto Vallarta's highest rated beach club "Chicabal" is located next door and plays music on Friday and Sunday from 1pm to 8pm and on Saturday from 1pm to 9pm. If you like the dance vibe you will love this. If that's not your scene it's a good time to make your dinner reservations in town.

SHORT DRIVE AWAY: Walmart and Costco. Downtown and The Malecon (the boardwalk) is a 10 to 15 minute taxi ride away.

SECURITY: You will have peace of mind knowing that the security at Penisula is airtight with fencing, key cards, and security roaming the grounds 24/7. That being said it is a very strict rule that no outside guests, beach/tour vendors, or visitors of any kind are permitted to enter the grounds. The only exception is if you hire a private chef, and we notify the security desk in advance. Prior to your visit you will be asked to send us your photo ID so that we can prepare the security desk for your arrival.
