White Furniture Care
Please be mindful when using the white furniture. Sand and dirt from the beach or town can easily stain it. Pay special attention to small children to help us keep everything clean and fresh for everyone.

Parking
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces usually open up within a few minutes, so please be patient if it’s temporarily full.

Stairs
There are about two and a half flights of stairs leading up to the suites. We do plan to add an elevator in the future, but at this time, access is by stairs only.

Property exactly as described. The location to Cruz Bay made it perfect for us to walk to dinner. Parking out front was never a problem and the stairs were fine for us. Would definitely stay again.

Prevacation stop

This was a prevacation stop before we started our charter. Very convenient location, manager was very helpful when trying to find it. Washer/dryer was a bonus after being at the beach.

Perfect location and spotless apartment

My husband and I had an amazing time on St. John. Our apartment had everything we needed. Absolutely pristine and well appointed. We could not ask for anything more and will absolutely rent here again. If you are looking for a clean apartment that is newly renovated and in a perfect location… This is a place for you!

Perfect location

Perfect place for a couple that wish to be close to town. Don’t be alarmed by the outside of the building. The inside is all redone and beautiful. Stairs can be tricky when arriving with lots of luggage but nothing too bad that would prevent us from booking this place again.

Perfect spot and so clean

This place unit two was a great last minute addition. Decided to stay in St John for 4 extra days and wanted to be walking distance to Cruz bay and restaurants. Booked this place the day before and so happy we did. It is brand new and beautiful. Everything worked very well & well stocked kitchen. I would book this place again. Easy to communicate with the owner.

Convenient location, clean apartment

Yes, you have four flights of stairs to walk up. However, there is nothing level on St John. If you go anywhere you are either walking up or down hill. You are right next door to Dolphin Market and about 2-3 blocks from the ferry, taxis and restaurants. The apartment is spotless and just what you need. Bed was very comfortable memory foam.

Good day sir, This is a very vague review probably because it is not supported by facts. We allowed you to check in early and answered all of your questions while you were here and you had No requests or and complaints in the conversations we had. The units are exactly as they are in the photos and our reviews from other travelers show it. I have a copy of all messages. Im sorry that you didnt speak To us if you were displeased. We had 20 other travelers rate us with 5 star Reviews in May and June.

The inside of the condo is updated and clean. But it is very small. The outside of the condo is very strange. Google maps still show this building as some kind of mini mall? The bottom of the building is covered up and ugly with a very large staircase to get up to the condos. Everyone we talked to was complaining about the stairs, especially bringing up their heavy luggage. The neighboring buildings are not the prettiest either. The location though is convenient. It is a short walk to the ferry and close to the entrance to the park. The condo did provide most things you might need like beach towels. We spent most of our time out and limited our stair climbing, so we got by.

Great place in the heart of Cruz Bay

We had such a great time staying at this studio in the heart of Cruz Bay. The description and pictures of the property are very accurate. Check-in was a breeze, and the owner was extremely responsive. We were able to walk to everything. We rented a car to explore the East End on our own, but I could see staying here without one as it is really close to EVERYTHING, including taxis to north side beaches. We chose to bring in food and cook to save some money. The studio wasn't as well equipped to do that as other places we have stayed in the past, so when renting again I would probably choose to stay here and go out for most meals. It is small, but never too small, so you just have to navigate the square footage accordingly. Overall we found it an extremely pleasant place to stay. Great for a couple. Great location. Super clean. Very nicely appointed. We had an awesome time!!! 5 stars for sure!

3 days in Cruz Bay

Did 3 nights at Dolphin Suites with our family of 3(1 child, 7yrs old) before moving to our longer term vacation villa with friends. It was exactly as pictured inside- absolutely spotless, modern, and tastefully decorated. The check in and out was very easy and contactless. We bumped into the PM and he was super nice and extended his assistance should we need it. Location is in the heart of Cruz Bay - views of the water from the balcony and walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Easy to hop cabs! It worked out perfectly for us because we didn’t plan our rental car until we moved to our longer term rental villa. Being next to the market (Dolphin Market) had its perks- we were able to grab late night snacks and drinks with ease! A perfect spot for us for what we needed. The only thing I would caution people about is that if you have any issue with walking or stairs- this may not be the right spot for you! You walk uphill to get here and there are about 5 flights up stairs to get to the suites… lugging my 50lb luggage up those stairs was tough, but I’m young and able! Overall- this place was wonderful! If you are looking to do a few nights on island- don’t hesitate!
