The dining area seats six to ten. Serving meals from kitchen to table is made easy with the wide pass through above the kitchen sink. The first-floor bedroom offers a queen size futon bed and direct access to the bathroom with a tile shower. The downstairs bath can also function as a jack and jill bath with a separate entrance door off the kitchen. The sitting room at the front of the house has a double futon sofa that sleeps 2. Take the spiral staircase up to the second floor, where you will find the primary bedroom, bathroom, and the washer and dryer. This private bedroom has a queen size bed. The bathroom features a jetted tub with shower. The third bedroom is located in the detached bunkhouse in the backyard and has a queen size bed with air conditioning and heat. The backyard is spacious with a dining area with seating. There is an enclosed outdoor shower. Guest is allowed one dog, 40 pounds or less, for an additional pet fee. Yard is Not fenced in.
