The house was perfect for our family vacation. We are a large family (18 of us). The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms and bed setups were well thought out for our kids and grandchildren. Private access to the beach was a major plus! Thank you for a great stay!!

Spotlessly clean home with comfortable furnishings. Loved having two dishwashers, which you really need with a home/group this large. We used the massive fourth floor bunk room for one of the private/primary adult suites, since it has a marvelous bathroom, a sitting area, a desk for working, a private oceanfront balcony, and one set of the bunks is king sized. We kept the bathroom door from the game room locked, so it was a private bath for the bunk room/suite. The house has excellent insulation/sound proofing. The location is perfect with expansive views of the coast in both directions. The area is quiet and calm, but you have a Publix, a CVS, and Aldi within 5 minutes. Restaurants in 30A resorts and Panama City Beach are a short 10- 15 minute drive.

The pictures do not do this house justice. It was perfect for 21 people. No one felt cramped and everyone had a great time. The house keeping left hangers on shower doors and dirty dishes in the dishwasher, that did not change my mind on how well we enjoyed our stay.

Let me start off by saying the house is GORGEOUS, plenty of space , great view and amenities ( beach chairs provided) and great location.However there needs to be a deep cleaning / sanitation in the house ! There was an awful smell from the bottom floor. The washing machine had so much mold inside . We tried to avoid the bottom floor as much as possible bc there is definitely more going on . Needs to be inspected for mold. ( we all started to get soar throats, sinus problems by day 3-4 , headaches. And all symptoms stopped once returning back home )Same smell came from the ice machine , you could see visible mold, as well as in the shower caulking.Hate to write this review bc the house itself is great. But very displeased by the cleaning , especially for the high price you pay to stay there

Best house!

Every this about this house was high end. We have a group of 22 and we never ran out of dishes, cups or anything. Every bed was so comfortable. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this house was. I only have one thing that would make this house even better and they need to provide beach towels.

Manta Ray

The house was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked. The floor plan was very well thought out and accommodated 8 adults and 8 children (10 and under). We loved the proximity to the beach and the fact that 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas were included and set up each day was a real plus.

House is roomy, comfortable, and well appointed. Kitchen is stocked with ample dishes, cutlery, and cookware. Property is located on beautiful beach in a quiet, safe, relatively uncrowded area. As with most beach rentals, there were a few maintenance issues, the most annoying being the frequently out-of-commission hot tub controls. Property management was responsive but not always competent to solve the problems. The beach service was an especially welcome amenity.

Amazing!

We had 4 families stay for a week as a kind of family reunion with kids from 1 through 17. The house is huge and beautiful, plenty of room (and room configurations) for everyone to have their own space but large areas to gather for eating and games. The house is right on the beach and having the chair service provide beach chairs and umbrellas waiting for you each day is a game changer! Between the beach, pool and house, I think we only left to run to Publix for groceries (2 min drive). But restaurants or downtown Rosemary Beach is only a short drive away. We stayed on Rosemary beach before but found it very busy and prefer this beach. On our last night we had a bonfire/smores set up and it was a great way to end our trip:)

Beautiful home for multi-family Christmas/New Years celebration! Very well appointed - better than most accommodating this many guests. Plenty of dishes, refrigerators and ice on 3 levels, extras in the kitchen (crock-pot, baking sheets, stemware etc) Eight Comfy Bedrooms (each with en suite) spread out over 4 floors with a great bunkroom on the top floor for all the grandkids. Beware - if you're light sleepers or the kids wake before Grandma and Grandpa -- put them (Gma/Gpa) in a suite other than the 3rd floor primary master. We loved it but it might be too loud for some with kids directly overhead. Pool and hot tub were great, beach access and chair set up was perfect. Communication via text was always timely and thorough. We did end up with a lot of new/unused leftover food (snacks, condiments, tp, paper towels, spices) that we left behind for next guests or cleaning people to make use of (with permission from host) because we didn't expect to love all the local food as much as we did. Check it all out before grocery shopping! Thomas' donuts and Mikes seafood were favorites, Bayou Bills was good, the pier park was as expected, lots of shops and snacks. Ferris Wheel was a neat thing to do. Mean Mugs MilkShakes is connected to an arcade/bowling alley/ bar and a good place to go between early check out and late flights.
