Enjoy some rest and relaxation in this beautiful and quiet 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo located in the highly sought after Magnolia Place in Myrtlewood. You will be close to the best the Grand Strand has to offer. Centrally located to many of Myrtle Beach's attractions. There are outdoor pools with grilling areas and walking / bike paths throughout for you to enjoy. You are just 5 minutes (1 mile) from the beach with public parking right on the ocean. Stunning view of the pool and golf course right off balcony. There are (2) 18-hole golf courses in Myrtlewood right on the property situated on the Intracoastal Waterway.

This condo is located near Myrtle Beach International Airport, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, The Ripken Experience, Tanger Outlets, Coastal Grand Mall, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Ripley's Aquarium, Pirates Voyage, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, Coastal Carolina University, Market Common and much much more!

Comfortably sleeps 4 (One queen bed in master bedroom and one pull out sofa in living room). Sheets and towels (6 towels / 6 wash clothes) are provided. Washer/Dryer available in condo for your use!

Ripken Stay

Condo was perfect. The owner was great to communicate with and the proximity of where I needed to be daily was great. Use of the pool was a bonus and the fact I could walk to play a round of golf. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

What An Amazing Property

This was a beautiful condo. Everything was perfect. This home was clean, well stocked and it was an absolute delight to stay here. This by far has been one of the nicest, cleanest and well stocked rentals we have ever seen. I will be back. Thank you the most wonderful stay! It was way too short!!!

Baseball week

Unlike many of the units the other families and teams stayed in, this unit was very quiet and had a modern refreshed interior. Will definitely be looking to book again for next year’s baseball spring training trip.

Look no further THIS is the spot!

Our stay was AMAZING. This unit is excellent, clean, homey, exactly as it appears in the listing and maybe even better than we expected. The location is perfect, golf course is magical. We will definitely be returning. The communication with the hosts was also amazing thank you Derek and Heather! We loved Myrtle Beach!

Our stay in early January

The property is in a great location and offers plenty of views. We saw many Egrets and two different Herons right from the living room! There were a few problems that should be fixed: 1. the bed was very hard for my wife to get into. When every one of us moved on the bed it shook badly and woke the other person up. 2. In the main bath the floor near the wall needs cleaning. 3. The sharp knives were not sharp, and some had rust on them.

Great spot for a mini vacation

My hubby and I like to go out of town with family most times but every now and again we like to go alone. This was the perfect quaint spot. Really enjoyed our stay.

This is a clean and very well-appointed one bedroom condo that includes a lovely view of the pool and the golf course. Unit is on the third floor - steps are good exercise. Parking is directly in front of the building. Neighborhood is quiet. I look forward to a return visit.

Beautiful Setting

Nestled between two golf courses. It is quiet and the view is beautiful. Five minutes to everything. Clean and amenities are great. Highly recommend.

Pampered in luxury surroundings. Clean and comfy!

Beautiful grounds, well maintained. Check-in was easy, communications with the owner were responded to within hours. We loved the decore, clean and spacious- everything we needed was there. Highly recommended and thouroughly enjoyed! Thanks Derek!

Golf & Beach

The property was quiet & well maintained. We golfed at Myrtlewood that was very close and a fun course to play. The only thing is that the queen size bed was extremely hard & only one extra blanket & no beach towels which would have been nice since a pool was mentioned on the site
