Enjoy some rest and relaxation in this beautiful and quiet 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo located in the highly sought after Magnolia Place in Myrtlewood. You will be close to the best the Grand Strand has to offer. Centrally located to many of Myrtle Beach's attractions. There are outdoor pools with grilling areas and walking / bike paths throughout for you to enjoy. You are just 5 minutes (1 mile) from the beach with public parking right on the ocean. Stunning view of the pool and golf course right off balcony. There are (2) 18-hole golf courses in Myrtlewood right on the property situated on the Intracoastal Waterway.

This condo is located near Myrtle Beach International Airport, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, The Ripken Experience, Tanger Outlets, Coastal Grand Mall, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Ripley's Aquarium, Pirates Voyage, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, Coastal Carolina University, Market Common and much much more!

Comfortably sleeps 4 (One queen bed in master bedroom and one pull out sofa in living room). Sheets and towels (6 towels / 6 wash clothes) are provided. Washer/Dryer available in condo for your use!

Great stay!!

I booked this condo for a weekend getaway with my mom to celebrate Mothers Day in MB. We had a wonderful time! The condo was squeaky clean, bedding was so comfortable, and a great location. The view of the golf course was beautiful as we sipped on our coffee while relaxing on the porch. I would stay here again and again!!!

Baseball week

Unlike many of the units the other families and teams stayed in, this unit was very quiet and had a modern refreshed interior. Will definitely be looking to book again for next year’s baseball spring training trip.

The location and residence was very nice, quiet and perfect location to beach, stores, broadway on the beach and other activities. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to myrtle beach.

Nice quiet place

The condo was perfect for our getaway. Nice and quiet area. It has everything we needed. It was clean and well cared for. The pool was a nice perk to enjoy with the kids. We will be back.

Perfect Vrbo!

My friend and I went down for a long weekend and had a great time in this condo. It was very clean, in a great location, and the owner was amazing. He was able to accommodate our request to check in early which was a big help. Overall I would rate this condo a 10/10 my friend and I cannot wait for our next trip together and we will for sure be staying at this condo again!

Great find

This is a clean and very well-appointed one bedroom condo that includes a lovely view of the pool and the golf course. Unit is on the third floor - steps are good exercise. Parking is directly in front of the building. Neighborhood is quiet. I look forward to a return visit.

The property was quiet & well maintained. We golfed at Myrtlewood that was very close and a fun course to play. The only thing is that the queen size bed was extremely hard & only one extra blanket & no beach towels which would have been nice since a pool was mentioned on the site

Beautiful condo!

We are pretty picky about where we stay and we were very happy with the cleanliness and the overall modern look of this condo! My son loved that at the golf course was right there and he golfed both days that we stayed. We used the pool and all the instructions from the owners were very clear and this was very easy.
