Welcome to Casa La Roca mini estate at Cabo Bello.

This beautiful villa is located in safe and gated private community of Cabo Bello, attached a swimmable to a private beach.
The home is spacious and tranquil with a private pool, hot tub (heating additional charge), outdoor fire place and a beautiful bar with outdoor tv and sound system. Built in BBQ & outdoor dining area, plus stunning views of the Sea Of Cortez/ Cabo Arches and spectacular sunsets from our rooftop patio with a bistro set, daybed and chaise loungers. The outdoor spaces are luxurious and completed with outdoor games such as ladder toss, corn hole, football, plenty of floaties and wellness centre with plenty of yoga mats, meditating pillows, sound bath bowls, exercise bands and much more.

The interior features a large open floor plan that brings in tons of natural light. You can enjoy panoramic views from almost every window inside the home, from the ocean to lands end, you wont be disappointed. There is a large sunroom off of the master bedroom that can be more secluded by closing the sliding doors. If you have to work on vacation, this is definitely the place to do it. This room features a versatile that can fix your needs by sitting or standing, a desk chair, printer & two monitors.

CONCIERGE:
Dear Guests, we are pleased to offer you full service concierge services. Sandy and Daniella can help you plan your trip for anything you will need in Cabo from transportation, excursions (fishing, boat tour, party cruise, ATV, helicopter tours, etc), chef/catering/bartender and event decorator services, massage, hair, make-up and beauty services, restaurant and nightclub reservations, photography services, child items and babysitting. Our team have done it for 20+ years here in Cabo. You will be in wonderful hands, fully taken care of.

NOTE: Please do not have any packages mailed to the home. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that arrive to the home. Shipping to Cabo is challenging unless vis Cabo Mailboxes or another reputable shipping company, usually there is a good chance you will not receive it border to border.

POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.

**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.

PETS:
We are pet-friendly. Prior pet approval is required. Please reach out. Pet deposit is $200, $50 goes towards pet`s stay for the first pet, $25 thereafter. The rest of the deposit is refunded assuming there are no damages upon check out. Thank you.

ACTIVITIES:
Looking for fun activities to enjoy in Mexico! We do have a local artist who offers Painting Classes in all mediums! From watercolor and standard drawing, to acrylic and oil paintings, even ceramics! Our artist can accommodate parties for adults, children, friends and more. Even smaller groups or private lessons for 1-2 guests. This can be done either at the comfort of the home or in her studio. TRANSPORTATION:
If you are traveling without a vehicle or need transportation, please let us know. This home is remote, but we are connected with local transportation companies and are happy to share the information. Uber, Lyft, and taxis do service the areas, but if not available, we have further local businesses.

PARKING:
This home can fit 3–4 vehicles. Depending on the size.
1 down garage driveway, 2 in front of house and 1 on the street.

CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide a pack and play and a high chair, complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour advanced notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and language in it. I further understand that this waiver & Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force and effect. This house was the closest to perfect that I ever stayed in. It was walking distance from the grocery store and liquor store. Rooms and amenities was nice.

Casa La Roca

Great secure location. Easy walk to a private beach. The pool and spa at the location were clean and well equipped and we enjoyed them throughly. The house is equipped with everything you might need! Comfortable beds and living quarters. Our family had a great vacation at this special location. Grocery store right across the street. Restaurants close by. Basically in the middle of San Jose, and Los Cabos.

Perfect house for a family

The house had everything for my children and wife to really enjoy and create lasting memories. The pool has a wading area which was perfect for my two young boys who are still learning how to swim. The location is great, not too far away from the busy downtown marina area, a 15 min Uber ride away. The place felt very secure and the guards there even recommended a large suv taxi for us which he ended up being our personal chauffeur for the week. All in all it’s a strong recommendation

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Great location, as it is across the street from Fresco grocery store and about 10 mins to downtown and 15 mins to Medano beach. It is also a safe and gated neighborhood. The only private, swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas. From rooftop patio and sun room where office is located, you can enjoy ocean views and the views of Lands End.
