The perfect stay prior to our cruise. The place was very nicely decorated, clean and well planned. It was close to many restaurants and bars as well as a grocery store and pharmacy. The host was very responsive and provides a lot of local information.

I like that it had lots of security including 24 hour gate security. We were close to everything we needed. Parking was simple. A little difficult figuring out how to get in but once I was in it was easy. The stay was great for the price and very peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay in the San Juan area! The place was very clean and in a fantastic location—just steps from the beach and close to so many great restaurants. Everything was exactly as described and made our trip easy and relaxing. Alice was an amazing host and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Alice goes above and beyond to be the best host she can be!Even if I had a minor question or wanting info about this or that. she always answered me right away and was warm and friendly! The room was very clean! Bed was comfortable!Things that are out of Alice’s control, but I need to mention
No beach/ocean view. Not a big deal. Condo Complex building needs renovations.Very difficult to walk to the beach from condo complex. Not a direct route. We had to walk all the way around to get there. It was confusing. Definitely not a deal breaker! We figured it out. Alice’s place was very affordable and comfortable! Bathroom was very nice and clean!If we were to come back to PR we would stay in Alice’s condo again. I highly recommend staying here!Thanks Alice for your hospitality and letting us stay in your condo.
