APRIL 2023 NEWLY RENOVATED CONDO

BE ONE OF THE FIRST to rent this luxury one-bedroom 8th floor unit located in highly rated Beach Cove Resort. COMPLETELY RENOVATED IN APRIL . As part of the renovation, new light grey ceramic wood-look installed, brand new white kitchen cabinets, ice white quartz counter tops, new appliances and a brand new bathroom.

Access is provided via a keyless entry pad with a door code that is unique to each renter. No need to stop at the front desk or wait with others to check in. Head directly to the unit upon arrival.

The kitchen has a cooktop, a full-size refrigerator, and an over the cooktop microwave. It is fully stocked with all new appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, and toaster oven. The unit has plenty of storage. All new cooking utensils, cooking accessories and service for six are provided that include plates, bowls, coffee cups, glasses and flatware.

The living room furniture is new and includes a queen size sleeper sofa, 2 reclining chairs, side tables, and a dining table. It is also equipped with a wall-mounted 40-inch HD Smart TV.

The bedroom features two brand new (2023) queen-size mattresses and all new luxury linens. An additional 40-inch HD Smart TV is mounted to the wall. The bedroom also offers a closet and a dresser for maximum storage. A clock with USB charging capability is also provided.

The bathroom has plenty of storage. The tub/shower combo includes an adjustable, handheld shower head.

The balcony boasts four high back chairs and table to allow for calm relaxation and appreciation of the breathtaking oceanfront views where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

Guests have full access to all of the outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs, shuffleboard courts, as well as the poolside Tiki Bar with full food menu.

Beach Cove Resort

We had a blast! For an older resort the unit was updated and very clean. The owners were accessible and super helpful with any questions.

Wonderfully relaxing stay!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing stay. The unit was nicely remodeled and was just as pictured. The host was very easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions we may have had. We love the simple check-in!

Family Vacation

The condo is in a great location and convenient to many restaurants and shops. Our family of 4 had a great time. I think it’s worth mentioning that the bedroom is not closed in so if you’re on different sleep schedules, it may not work for everyone.

A week at the beach!

This unit is very nicely remodeled. Beds are super comfortable. Hosts are wonderful and we’re so helpful with a few glitches we encountered. Would definitely rent again!

Great weekend getaway!

My family and I rented the condo for 3 nights as a quick getaway and for our baby’s first beach trip. The room was perfect for us! Super clean and beautiful! Lydia was quick to respond to any questions I had. The location was a little quieter, which we loved, but also very convenient to everything. The view is amazing! You can see all the pools at the resort and the beach! Lord of fun things to do here as well. We loved it and we will definitely be returning! :)

Perfect, Peaceful, Expansive View, Well-Decorated, Homey, and Comfortable

This condo is a little piece of serenity, calm, comfort, care, kindness, and modern decor. I found myself feeling at home and peaceful in all the best ways upon entering the McNulty's well-decorated and elegant condo. In the foyer, I took a deep breath and felt relaxed immediately. You will feel this way too. Visiting this condo at Beach Cove is a must! The kitchen/bathroom cabinets and pulls were so lovely that I am considering them for my own place, and the blue Moroccan-style tile backsplash was perfect and happy. Lydia made it wonderful too with easy contact and answers. It was a perfect long-weekend retreat for me, and I will be back!

Perfect location

This condo was the perfect location. Just across from Barefoot landing and minutes drive from Myrtle Beach. Great communication from the owners and easy access to the room. My only complaint was that the listing mentioned things like beach chairs which were locked in the owners closet and there was construction going on in other parts of the facility which caused a pool and the lazy river to be closed. That isn't something the owner can control but it would have been nice if it was mentioned in the listing since I searched for a location with a lazy river for my kids.

Thank you Nichole. I apologize about the beach chairs, definitively my miscommunication. I did offer them to you and told you where they were. When you did not ask for the lock combo I thought you no longer needed them. I appreciate knowing about the lazy river it should have been opened after memorial day. I just called maintenance and they said their was an issue with the front of C tower thus the delay with the scaffolding and ultimately the C tower pool and lazy river. I sincerely apologize for that and will now inform future guests about the delay.

We are so beyond excited to not only own a piece of this wonderful beach lifestyle but to also be able to share it with others since we rented for so many years and understand the importance of having a home away from home. We made sure that everything we ever needed and wanted as a renter is available to you so that you completely enjoy your time at the beach and leave any and all stress behind!!

We sincerely love our condo and we are especially looking forward to the renovations that are taking place in April.
