We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Get ready in front of the large accent mirror and store your clothes in the simple closet, complete with a selection of board games, lint roller, iron, and portable fans.

Discovering Denver and its beautiful surroundings is made simple and convenient with the option of a rental car or ride-share service. Although Denver's public transportation system is reliable, it may not provide the same level of freedom and flexibility as having your own vehicle. To fully enjoy your stay, we suggest considering a car rental or utilizing a ride-share service.


Please note that this property lot shares a driveway and backyard with another house. However, rest assured that the living spaces are completely separate, ensuring a private and enjoyable stay. There is designated parking for two cars on the right side of the driveway. The left side is reserved for residents of the main house.
