Stunning Ocean View Chateau - Experience it All

Perched on a hilltop inside an upscale gated community, Mar Vista Chateau (with more than 10,000 sq. feet) consists of a large, three floor main house and a separate guesthouse that together can host up to 14 guests.

Mar Vista Chateau boasts a total of six suites. The main house upper floor has three master bedroom suites that are each tastefully appointed with king sized beds, walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms. Each of the master bedrooms have spacious balconies with stunning ocean views. The lower floor has a poolside suite with two queen sized beds, an ensuite bathroom, and opens up to a spacious deck with a blue infinity pool, jacuzzi soak tub, a BBQ area and comfortable sun loungers. The BBQ area is complete with a wet bar, a gas BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining table set to allow guests to enjoy poolside dining along with the incredible views.

The guesthouse has two garden view suites, one with a queen sized bed and the other with two queen sized beds. The guesthouse also has a living room with a foldout sofa bed. The guesthouse has one full bathroom shared by the two suites and one half bathroom in the living room.

The main house features on the middle floor a gourmet kitchen with black granite counter-top, convection oven, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, glassware, flatware, refrigerator, dishwasher; the spacious dining room has a dinner table for 12 guests. Private chefs can be hired upon request to prepare local delicacies in the gourmet kitchen and poolside.

The living area features a projector where guests can use their favorite streaming services such as Netflix, Apple TV+ to watch their favorite movies, a billiard room, and a half bathroom/powder room.

The nearest beach, Playa Hermosa, is a 5 minute drive from the Chateau, where you can enjoy calm waters for swimming, water activities, lounging, and a variety of beachside dining options. The Chateau is an approximately 25 minute drive from the Liberia International Airport. Private transportation can be arranged upon request.
