Lovely property with plenty of amenities and special touches, especially the coffee and tea station. Perfect location for a weekend in Lancaster. Lots to enjoy in the area and the house was a welcome place to rest, recharge and catch up with old friends. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This place worked great for our family. There were toys for the kids and the hot tub was a bonus! Kitchen had EVERYTHING I needed to cook. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice

We can in for one night. Much better than having two separate hotel rooms. Was awesome being able to sit comfortably in a comfy living room just to hang out and talk. Would stay again.

Great neighborhood stay in Lancaster

Property was conveniently located to downtown Lancaster and was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed and enjoyed a night with family. Hostess Kate was helpful and pleasant. Overall, a great VRBO!

Nice stay

The house was very homey and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the gazebo in the backyard and the games and books that were there for us to use. The attic bedroom was very nice but did account for a few bumped heads. My kids enjoyed the bunk bed but it did creak very loudly every time they moved which was a bit disruptive to their sleep . Overall, we enjoyed our stay and are grateful for how easy the check in process was.

This home is absolutely beautiful. Kate was a wonderful host from beginning to end. The house is very spacious and is warm throughout each room. Huge backyard with a wonderful hot tub to enjoy.

My family and I were in town for a family reunion. This home has anything-everything a family could need! A wonderful experience. ( my adult children really enjoyed the coffee bar!). Games for the littles. My bed was soooo comfy!!

Comfortable and easy to use

Overall- very good - house was clean, matched the listing well, did have a large side yard and jacuzzi, cute third floor bedroom - kids loved it. Neighborhood is okay - felt safe, but a bit run down - seems to be gentrifying.

Clean and Cozy Getaway

My husband, myself, and two of our friends spent a wonderful weekend in Lancaster. The house where we stayed is located just five minutes from the center of town. Upon arrival, we found a lovely snack basket in the kitchen and the interior of the home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The check-in process was seamless and organized. We had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. We would like to come back the next time we visit Lancaster.

Perfect location

This house is exactly as listed in the pictures. Very clean and nicely decorated. The house had everything you’d need to unpack & feel right at home. The hot tub is an added bonus and the back yard is quiet & private. The location is on a street tucked away from the main busy streets in downtown. Very easy access to all roads & highways to get to any area you’re visiting while in Lancaster. Kate is amazing with communication and instructions. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area!!

Clean, beautiful, hot tub, but iffy third stairs

Beautiful stay, free snacks and the hot tub was the best feature. Only place in the area that had one available. CLEAN as a whistle and everything worked as it was supposed to. I've stayed places where things were broken. The only thing I'll say it that the third bedroom is really the attic space. The stairs were very tight and cornered. Glad there was a railing. It was the best bedroom so I wanted to stay up there but I wish I knew what they looked like beforehand. The door also hit the other bedroom door. Awkward coming down in the morning.

Far away enough to feel private and cozy, close enough to enjoy city life

My partner and I stayed here for an early Valentine’s Day getaway. The pictures really don’t do the home justice, it is simply gorgeous & modern looking in person. The backyard was super spacious. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub but unfortunately didn’t have enough time to try the fire pit. Inside was clean and had a lot of bonus amenities some of our other trips elsewhere didn’t have. We appreciated the basket of snacks laid out for us at arrival. We enjoyed having the beautifully decorated and cozy home for our couples getaway, but this space would also be perfect for two couples traveling together or a family. Kate was very helpful and checked in with us more than once to ensure we didn’t need anything. The home was about four minutes from the city where we enjoyed many delicious meals. It was only a 15 minute walk, which in warmer weather would be quite enjoyable. It’s also extremely close to the Tanger outlets and Dutch Wonderland. Overall we are super pleased with the property’s cleanliness, coziness, and comfortability. If you want a quiet place to rest your head, tons of space to do activities, and all of the perks of being at home, this is the place for you. Thanks Kate!

Lovely property, good location, needs some attention.

My husband and I travel frequently and I was very excited about our stay here. However, upon pulling up we were greeted by overflowing exterior trash cans and food spilled out on the trash cans and the yard. I was also surprised by the hot tub in the yard with no privacy or fence and a camera pointed directly at the hot tub (I understand liability, but for privacy purposes, this us not ideal at all.) Upon entering the property, there was a snack basket which was very nice and overall everything was as it was pictured in the listing. However, there was also some cleanliness issues inside. The lights on the 2nd floor were full of dead bugs and needed to be cleaned and in the loft bedroom there was also cobwebs and bugs on the rafters over the bed, which needed some attention. Furthermore, the guest book requests cleaning the dishes and putting towels in the washing machine and running it and rolling up the linens on the beds to leave for cleaners, amongst other things. Also, they request for the renter to take the trash out to the curb on trash day (clearly, no one had done that this week). Overall, the property was nice, but with the price and the cleaning fee. I didn’t expect such a list of requirements to maintain the property. The list is not typical of anything that I have ever seen on any other short term rentals. Lovely property, but needs some additional oversight and attention.
