Welcome to The Sunset, a bright and beautifully renovated King suite that blends comfort with the charm of Charleston’s skyline. Ideal for couples or solo travelers wanting space, privacy, and an elevated view at day’s end, this suite offers a private kitchenette, stylish design finishes, and positioning that captures gorgeous sunset vistas.

The Neighborhood:
The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Sweet studio, awesome location

This studio was great--it had a very Euro feel to it--and the location was perfect. We enjoyed King Street, CofC, and the neighborhood vibe. Happy that we found this place.

great location

great location and fine place to stay. Agree with other reviewers about the pillows and bedding. The mattress is dated and needs to be replaced. Even the cheaper hotels got the pillows and bedding right (Holiday Inn Express as one I stay often). If you need your car a lot this is not the place for you. It's a good 10 minute walk.

Amazing location!

My daughter and I stayed here for a weekend looking at College of Charleston. It was an easy walk to campus and to great shopping on Ling Street. Great coffee shops close for the mornings too! Highly recommend.

Fantastic place to stay

It was clean, welcoming and comfortable. Management was there to help when I needed it. The neighborhood was safe and close to all the places I wanted to visit. Would definitely stay there again!

Loved this place

We stayed 3 nights and liked everything about the apartment, on the second floor of a renovated Charleston single house. It’s comfortable and clean. Close to King Street. Many excellent restaurants in walki g distance.

Great place to stay close to King Street

My husband and I enjoyed our time at this property. We had another Vrbo cancel on us 2 weeks before our trip for "overbooking" and I was able to book this place quickly. They had a storage place for our luggage before and after check out. It was a few blocks away but not bad at all to walk to! The apartment was clean, had a little kitchenette area and the property manager was always quick to respond to our messages. If you are looking for a place close to downtown, this is a great option!

Great Stay in Charleston

You cannot beat the location of this apartment. A short walk to King St and a short walk to the more exclusive restaurants of the cannonborough neighborhood. My husband and I stayed here for a 1 night anniversary trip. Host was an excellent communicator. We look forward to staying here again next time we are in Charleston.

Great location! Exactly what we wanted!

The space was clean, and close to everything! Communication was awesome with management and they even let us store our bags with them for a few hours before our flight left! Super friendly and loved our visit to Charleston!

Weekend get away

Great, great, location for the room. Parking is a struggle and a long walk from the room if you aren't lucky enough to find one on the road. It was a perfect location even still!

Rustic room

The place was adorable and had all the amenities we needed. Management was very responsive! Even when I forgot the door code and had to get back in to pee!! Everything was clean, simple, well decorated! We were centrally located to everything we wanted to do. We walked everywhere and when we got back to room we felt right at home!
