This home is a townhouse/duplex, not a standalone property.
The community pool is available to all Villas by the Sea homeowners and guests. It is not heated and is open April 1 – October 31.

Rental Policies:
• Saturday–Saturday, 7-night stays from May through October
• Lower minimum night stays available in the off-season
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Signed rental agreement and valid ID required for all reservations
• Renter must be 25+ years old, with ID matching credit card
• No smoking/vaping, no pets (per HOA rules), no events
• Parking for up to 4 vehicles (no overflow parking available)
