Our split level apartment, is smartly designed to give the family plenty of space to spread out. The main level hosts the main living room, both bedrooms, the bathroom, kitchen & dining. Both bedrooms are equipped with Nectar Mattresses and Premium Pillows. The downstairs living room and play space can double as a sleeping space, work space and/or both! Each living room and bedroom is equipped with a TV that has complimentary Hulu w/ Live TV, ESPN+ & Disney +!
For kids: We have some games/toys, a pack-n-play (please bring your own sheet), a portable highchair seat, outlet covers and baby gates.

THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
Pets are allowed and we charge a $75 non refundable pet accommodation fare during your stay. Please inquire about multiple pets or a multiple month stay.
PARKING:
There are 2 spaces available behind the building. There is also street parking directly in-front of the unit but is PERMITTED. We supply 1 parking permit per reservation. A $100 fee is charged for lost permits.
We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. We do have baby gates and outlet protectors. Guests may remove these before you arrive. We leave additional outlet covers in kitchen drawers.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
