This condo was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. We explored several drinking establishments and the Old Market. Sips on 10th was awesome. The condo was a great place to just hang out and catch up. Lots of stairs in the condo, just an FYI. We would definitely stay there again.
The rental was very nice although it could have been cleaned a little better. It looked great but when you looked close, there were some vents that hadnt been cleaned and a bathroom could have been cleaner. The rooftop wasnt wuite the view we hoped for. With all that said, we would stay here again!
Overall, the property was in a great location and well maintained. We did encounter a few issues during our stayâthe TVs on both the main floor and upper level were difficult to operate, requiring multiple calls to the owner for assistance. There were also some gnats we had to deal with, and after a bad storm, we couldnât get the dishwasher to turn on. Joanne, the owner, was gracious and responded promptly to each inquiry, even coming over personally to resolve the TV and dishwasher issues, which was greatly appreciated. Additionally, I had to use a remote from another bedroom to control the fan on the upper level. While these were relatively small inconveniences, they added up over the course of our 7-day stay, which is why Iâm giving this property 4 stars instead of 5.
We enjoyed our stay at this modern townhouse. It had all of the amenities we needed, and we loved the location. It was close to downtown, Creightonâs campus, Lauritzen Gardens, the zoo, and the airport. We loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom attached.
Overall this is a very nice rental. The neighborhood isnât amazing, but itâs very close to the zoo and not a far drive downtown.
The walls are paper thin and both times we have stayed here, there were people outside in cars peeling out in the middle of the night.
The attached garage is large and super convenient and there are plenty of amenities.
