The place was great! Awesome location. Clean and comfortable. Some window coverings on the upper windows in the master would be a great addition. It gets very bright very early in there. Other than that, no complaints!
The location is great to walk to the slopes and to get to the downtown. Ideal for a family of 5. Love the hot tub.Only wish the place had a keypad for the front door, so that we didn't have to return the keys. We just used the keypad at the garage.
Great property and location, close to the slopes and Main Street. Townhouse was well appointed; bathrooms for each bedroom were a plus as well as the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.
Super close to lifts, ski school, restaurants, and shops. Very spacious, clean, comfortable unit. Well stocked kitchen. Great layout for spending time together as well as having individual space with each bedroom connected directly to itâs own restroom. The one small maintenance issue we had with a drippy faucet was fixed in a timely manner with just one call to the rental office. Highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay again.
Great Western is one of the best places to reserve in Breck. Their staff is very helpful!
One Breck Place is a great location and quality property. Great Western keeps everything clean upon arrival
I would do 5 stars but this particular property (#11) is not as updated as the other at One a Breck. The owners might want to check things out (carpet, window coverings, electrical, faucets, doors, cabinets, kitchen furnishings, living room furniture). All need attention.
Nice place - management company was dissappointing
Quick weekend trip.
There was no power to the family room TV, fireplace and lighting.
Called after hours line after we tried resetting breakers that didnât resolve the issue.
No one has yet to call back.
Saturday afternoon we finally found the GFC outlet that we had to reset.
Super frustrating experience.
The place was beautiful and in a great location. We loved that it was an end unit too. The furnishings were very tasteful and comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The outside was nice with aspens trees surrounding it and in view out the windows. The hot tub was clean and pleasant to use but is not private at all due to the deck of the neighboring unit being right next to it without any privacy panels. We went out at night which helped.
The bad.....the master bathroom toilet wouldn't flush. We had to fix it twice over the weekend. The tiles in the bathroom floor are loose, chipped and coming up just in front of the toilet. In the kitchen, one of the drawer fronts is coming off and the light on the oven hood/ microwave didn't work making it hard to see to cook. These things didn't ruin our stay by any means but to pay as much as we did, these things should be taken care of and maintained. Take the time to fix these things if you want to charge that much, it's only fair to the guests not to have toilets that work or not keep pulling the drawer front off a cabinet. Just a word of warning....the shower door in the master bath opens up into a towel hook on the bathroom door. I'm lucky I didn't shatter the shower door as it swings open and hits it. I hung towels on the hook to pad it to prevent it.
Plenty of room for our family and a great location. The hot tub was great! I was nervous bc previous reviews stated it wasnât functioning or broken, but it was great! A few things needed repair, but nothing major that would damper our stay. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay for our spring break. We will definitely be back.
This condo is in great location. Less than 5 minutes to the base of the Quicksilver Chair and easy walk to Main Street and downtown. The hot tub on the deck was great. The condo had everything we needed and a good layout and was very clean,
Our only complaint was with the beds. It seems to be time for new mattresses on all of the beds, which were generally uncomfortable and showing wear - the bunk beds were particularly bad with springs that could be felt in places. The pull out mattress in the living room was so bad as to be unusable. It literally felt like sleeping directly on hard metal springs. We had intended to use that for a couple of teenagers, but had to reconfigure our sleeping plans once we felt it.
Overall, highly recommend the condo other than bed comfort.
Had a great time this past weekend. Proximity to everything was perfect! The only thing that was missing was a working hot tub. Otherwise it was a great time!
Nice and spacious 3BR 3BA townhome. We enjoyed the large hot tub and easy walk to and from restaurants and shopping. Could use some new pots and pans, but other than that, it is a great spot for larger groups of families and friends.
Home was very nice, needs some updating. Very clean and easy to get to town.
Hot tub was dirty and cloudy which was disappointing. We were looking forward to using hot tub.
Great Western proved to be a very responsive property manager. However, they informed me the day before our stay that the owner of this unit (#11) demanded use of their own place and that we had to choose a very similar unit with slightly less features at a discounted price. The differences were made up for by the discount, so I am giving it a high rating except for the accuracy of the listing (availability).
We were looking for a nice affordable ski-in/ski-out location with plenty of room for our 2 kids (5 & 7) and our friends family with a 3 yr. old. This townhome met all our requirements! It was a short walk across the street and up an alley to the lift. Our kids had no problem carrying their boots while we carried skis. The place was clean and plenty of room for our families. The hot tub was a definite plus and was up to temperature when we walked in. We would easily stay here again!
