The view was amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! The views are worth it and we really enjoyed the new patio furniture on the balcony. If we had one thing to criticize it would be the king mattress in the main suite. It is very sunk into the middle so everyone rolls to the middle. It needs replaced especially for people who have to sleep on it for a week or more at a time. But other than that everything else was great!

Mixed feelings about this one

Loved that the manager went out of her way to help us recover and important item that we had left behind. Did not love that the unit had only been partially cleaned before our arrival. Our stay started off pretty bad but ended well because of the actions of the property manager. Due to the bad start, I did request a on day one of the cleaning fees but never got an answer beyond the request being forwarded to the manager. Honest evaluation is that we loved part of our stay and hated part of our stay.

Great Location!

Condo A1103 at Majestic Sun is great for 4 people, 2 couples. It just needs a little update love. Get rid of popcorn ceiling finish, clean fungus around bathroom exhaust and have cable. The last one is probably operator error, but it seemed like no live TV availble.

Did not disappoint!

Great unit! Everything was extremely clean. Updated. Comfortible beds. Perfect location right on the beach. Pools and hot tubs were clean. Everyone very friendly! Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This location was perfect with an amazing view. Everything you need for a perfect getaway. The condo was clean, spacious and the beds slept like a dream. Can’t wait to visit again!

Our condo was not as clean and updated as I was expecting. The walls were dirty and needed to be painted. We used the washing machine to wash the towels and some of our clothing. The washing machine left dirty brown/orange spots on both clothing and towels that were not there when put in the washer. I would have cleaned our condo before leaving but there were no cleaning supplies, not even a broom. There was a mini broken vacuum. The roll of paper towels and toilet paper was even cheaper than the Dollar Tree brand. The outdoor, patio was very dirty, and the furniture was rusty. At times the pool area would be closed due to rain, so we couldn't wash our feet off after coming from the beach. I know this condo is for sale, so supplies were limited. There was no info inside the condo about how to get beach chairs, quiet time, etc. Every condo I have ever stayed in has community and condo info. The property was dirty and needed upkeep. There was a baby bottle that lay next to the elevator for 4 days, and diry bags of laundry that sat the whole time we were there. One elevator was broken the entire time. Very displeased.
