Family Thanksgiving

This was our second year renting this home to host our family for Thanksgiving. It is a great location with plenty of room to host a large family gathering. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare a whole Thanksgiving meal. Looking forward to returning next year.

This house was everything we needed and more! The property was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was very convenient being only a few blocks from downtown. Highly recommend!

So Charming!

We loved our stay at this charming home. Love how equipped the kitchen was! The beds and linens were amazing! Not to mention the homes decor was top notch! We’ll definitely recommend this home to everyone!

Katy Trail stay at the Vitality Retreat

The house was beautiful and had 3 bedrooms with en suite bath and one more bedroom and bath. This was great for a group of 6 adults. We relaxed in the backyard and could have grilled out if we had wanted to do so. Lots of dishes and kitchen items. The home was very clean. The host was very responsive and accommodating! We would love to stay here again!!

Amazing hidden gem

To put it mildly, this is the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Everything about it was wonderful and stressless. The location was ideal for all the things you would want to do in the Washington area. On top of that, the property is beautiful, well maintained, and nicely appointed.

National Specialty

We stayed here for our National Specialty at Purina. Katie has done an amazing and thoughtful job of restoring this beautiful house. It is a home away from home as it has everything that you could even think that you needed, and made for a very comfortable stay. The bathrooms have wicked fluffy towels, beautiful tubs and shampoo, conditioner and bath gel in each of the bathrooms. The backyard is so comfy and fully fenced. Several of us said we wished we could live there, that is how awesome this place is.

Birthday celebration!

We chose this VRBO because of location to downtown. It’s a short walk to the Riverfront where we celebrated my daughter’s birthday. Pictures didn’t do this property justice! We loved how beautifully decorated it is!

Sibling Reunion

With all 7 of us adults in our 60's, we had a wonderful time reminiscing, laughing about past stories and sharing the blessings and challenges of getting older. This house provided the adequate areas we needed for privacy and family visiting. The house was beautiful and very clean. Thank you to Katie, our host, and the crew that makes this a lovely place to stay.

Great stay in Washington, MO!

The house was very clean & exactly as described. Had all the amenities we needed for our group of 8. The host was very responsive to my questions prior to arrival and we had no issues during our stay. It was an easy walk to downtown which we took advantage of daily. Thanks for a great stay! Long Weekend in Washington

Our weekend in Washington, Missouri, for a family wedding was made perfect by the stunning and immaculate house we stayed in. I want this house

If I was going to renovate a ninety year old house, it would be exactly what Katie did. Beautifully done, with all the amenities. We came into town to do a wine tour, and this place surpassed our expectations. Amazing beds, super fluffy towels, cool on the 90 degree days, were perfect. Also, I’m a sucker for original 8-inch base boards and 6-inch trim. Just awesome. Thanks Katie!

Awesome house in a quiet and convenient location.

The house was outstanding. The interior design was a perfect mesh of old and new. I can’t think of one thing I would change and that includes the host. She was amazingly helpful!

Fantastic House

We spent the weekend at this house for a family wedding. It was perfect. We've stayed at a lot of VRBO's......i was so impressed...not only was it perfectly decorated and super clean but the owner has paid attention to the little things...like the towel and linens were really high quality. There was creamer for my coffee and a bottle of local wine waiting for us when we arrived. The location was great...it was within walking distance of many restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.
