This rental was everything it was described to be. Great location for walking to main street Frisco, super close to hop on the greenway path for riding bikes. Quiet. To top it off, this was one of the most generously stocked VRBOs I have ever stayed in. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.
My wife and I stayed here with our dog for a week and a half in June, and we fully enjoyed our stay! The living room was comfortable and spacious, and the bedrooms were also roomy. The kitchen was also quite big and had everything we needed. As with most properties in Frisco, there was no air conditioning, but we were able to cool down the place in the evenings just by selectively opening the windows. We would stay there again!
We had a great time staying at this property. It was nice and clean. The hosts were quick to respond with any questions we had. Would highly recommend!
The location was perfect for skiing at Breckenridge, Copper and Keystone.
The house was really great. Very comfortable. The kitchen was big enough and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and it was really great to have private bathrooms for each bedroom.
The property manager was very responsive when we had questions.
I highly recommend this home.
This property worked perfect for our group. Plenty of space in the house and very comfortable. Location is excellent. Super close to bike path, trails, town, etc. Highly recommend.
This property is so close to town and everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed staying here. Great layout and the view from the upper deck is wonderful. The kitchen is stocked with all you need. Our family loved the three floor layout where we could spread out. The hosts were terrific and responded to our question quickly and took care of any concerns which we really appreciated it. Would definitely rent her again in the future!
The home is very comfortable for families. The working appliances and a fully stocked kitchen are wonderful for cooking and baking. The washer and dryer work beautifully. The hot tub is a fun gathering place at the end of a wonderful day of hiking and biking. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet yet a short walk to Main Street. Any requests are quickly handled by the manager, Ed, and his crew.
Great house. great location in quiet residential area.
This house was very comfortable, and spacious. Owner and manager were very responsive to all my questions. It was a perfect location to get to many different hiking locations. Close to town, but on a very quiet street. Kitchen had what we needed to cook in. Although we did not use it, the place has a large private hot tub. Would highly recommend this property.
We stayed for a month and had an incredible time. The townhouse is so close to the Rainbow Lake trail that we went twice a day sometimes. We also walked into town for an afternoon coffee or for dinner almost every day. The owner was super responsive. The kitchen is very well stocked. The hot tub has an excellent view of Mt. Royal to contemplate after it puts your supposedly improved cardio to shame.
Very nicely situated minutes away from downtown Frisco. Allan was very good about keeping me informed about some roadwork going on in the front. This is not my first time staying here and I plan on staying here again. The condo is spotlessly clean. Not as well stocked in the spice department as I recalled from last trip, but there's a Safeway not too far away.
House was clean & well stocked. Broken blinds in kitchen and living room took away from the overall value, plus bathroom in lower level needs to be sprayed for spiders. Kitchen was very well stocked with necessities but Keurig coffee maker did not work.
Neighborhood was very nice but no grass at all in the backyard, just weeds.
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owners were very helpful and responsive when making our arrangements. The condo was very clean and has a great layout with bathrooms with each bedroom, a nice airy living room and good size kitchen and dining area. Neat how there is a dining room table and also stools along the kitchen counter. This suited our group with siblings and their children getting together. The condo is also in a great location in Frisco and we could walk around the neighborhood and into Frisco for meals we did not eat at the condo - really a nice option for variety.
It was our second time staying at this townhouse⊠we were very excited to come back. This place is such a fantastic choice for our family with a dog and adult children. There is lots of room for everyone to spread out. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. A fabulous choice for a family of cyclists: close to both bike path and mountain bike trails. Room in garage to store bikes. Easy walk to Main Street for apres! Private hot tub is a bonus! We hope to be back next summer again
The location of this home was perfect. Several times we just walked to Main Street. There are many great restaurants. Ein Prosit and Butterhorn Cafe are always favorites. The Frisco Museum is awesome too!
The home is well laid out and doesn't have a ton of stairs. The kitchen is well-appointed as far as equipment goes, but you'll need pantry staples as the cleaners will clear out everything in the fridge from past visitors. We cooked several meals here and had everything we needed. The knives are dangerously dull, so be careful.
The hot tub is fantastic and is only steps away from the warm indoors. We loved the heated garage. Getting into a cold car before heading to the mountains is never fun.
Having 3 bathrooms is great! The washer and dryer were new and we definitely utilized them.
Overall, we would definitely stay here again. It is very comfortable with plenty of room. It is a well-lived home.
I normally do not write reviews or complain but I would hope to help others on there selection of a property.
We were a group of 7 age 22-60ish and everyone had the same opinion on their stay.
Our first disappointment was that this property is a townhouse and not a single family house. Not what we expected, Especially for the price. Difficult to tell from the photo.
First impression, outdoor area was very unkept and not welcoming, very close to not so friendly neighbor. Not much room outside property for games or any other outdoor activities.
Inside, every room including bathrooms were outdated. Decorated with old outdated uncomfortable furniture and family photos. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, looking at them it was a thin mattress on top of a piece of plywood. Very disappointing.
This was an outstanding place to stay! There was plenty of room for a lot of adults; the hot tub was a great extra perk; the place is homey and well stocked. It is only a 15 minute or less walk to the Marina Park in Frisco. Handy to any stores. In a great neighborhood rather than a large condo building.
Our family and our friend's family had a great time in this townhouse. It's super close to everything we needed---Frisco Nordic Center, the bus terminal, grocery stores, restaurants, and the Summit Stage Stop. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and the layout was perfect with enough beds and bedrooms. The house is a little dated for decor and overall looked but is priced accordingly and cost less than others with similar size, bedrooms, and location. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishware and cookware. We would definitely stay here again. The only recommendation would be for the owners to replace some of the blinds as many are broken and don't work.
Location of the unit was stunning and was a quick walk to downtown Frisco. Beds were super comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of different areas for kids and adults. Host was responsive and so helpful with our questions. Highly recommended!
This townhouse has been our family vacation home for 30 years and has provided great memories for 3 generations. We're happy to share the fun of a get-away home in the mountains. Enjoy it as your own.
Frisco, Colorado has been a great meeting place for members of our family scattered from Texas to Chicago and San Diego. It's easy to fly in and drive up. Three generations from 85 years to 15 years old relax, play, learn new sports, and challenge each other. The free bus system allows some independence.
There is a yard and nearby school playground for the children. Hiking into the mountains and biking trails to towns and resorts are 3 blocks away. Easy strolls to the shops in Frisco or to Rainbow Lake can be an adventure for the young and old. A morning stroll to get coffee and a newspaper is a great way to begin the day. Frisco is also a dog-friendly town, from shops that give out dog treats to pet-accessible trails to the K-9 4-K run in August.
