The Penthouse is newly constructed featuring a full kitchen with quartz countertops & breakfast bar, kitchen table, balcony, 3 bedrooms each with queen-sized beds, two bathrooms, full living room with two sleeper sofas and private washer/dryer.
Located in the heart of Lexington, walkable to Rupp Arena, Keeneland and Carson's, there isn't a more convenient spot to stay close to the action!
This is a great property with beautiful views of Lexington. The bed situation is a little misleading. There is one sleeper sofa in the closet of the primary bedroom closet, not necessarily ideal.
First time in Lexington to celebrate 40th birthday with 3 couples total. This place was perfect! We could walk and or uber easily to where we wanted to go. Clean, beautiful, and so easy. Will def stay again!
We stayed overnight for a concert at Rupp Arena. Excellent!! Beautiful accommodation and located next to many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Quick walk home after the concert!
This was the perfect location in downtown Lexington to walk to the downtown restaurants and bars. The condo was large and clean. Loved the balcony & all the windows, especially at night. Great place, great location!
This location matches the description of the listing. Clean and beautiful views. Ideal for any event downtown - food, entertainment, and fun all within walking distance. Park your car and forget about it.
The last time I visited Lexington we stayed at the 21C. This apartment is in the same neighborhood - great location - numerous dining options within a couple blocks. We visited a few of the distilleries in the area and had a blast. I would definitely stay at Claire's place again.
Our family stayed here for a wedding, we rented several units here so we could all be together but allow us to have our private space as well. Easy walk to places downtown. Love the fact you don't have to do many "chores" before you leave.
